The girl at the window was a sweetheart but that was the only good thing. I Ordered a green goddess salad last night. They have been out of the seasonal greens which is fine. I don’t care about that one bit but what I do care about is having hard as rock, brown avocados in my salad. They could’ve just told me they didn’t have any avocado either. Absolutely disgusting and I paid $14 for that stupid salad, that’s a bit much to have to pick ingredients out of it because they’re not edible. The baguette that came with my salad was also hard as rock and cold like it came straight out of a refrigerator or something. I won’t be coming back here again. A few weeks ago I ordered a breakfast sandwich that had chicken on it. Guess what? Got my sandwich, It had no chicken. They always mess up my order here one way or another.I understand everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but it seems to be consistent here.

I am a dasher and am an older women and I am ashamed to say that Panera does not have very many kind things say when it comes to there kindness and respect to the dashers! Please explain to them these customers who pay for there food to be dashed pay more than in the restaurant and pay to have it delivered! Dashers are a benefit to the restaurant! They need to take a little time and treat the dashers as they would a customer! I have waited 10+ min waiting on the order I am to pickup, so I walk up to the counter and see it sitting on the counter behind the register! We are not trying to be rude, but my asking could you verify if that’s my order! Our job counts on our time and respect for our dashers food order, as your customers! That it is warm and fresh on delivery! So please for being such a great restaurant would you explain to the workers we are important to there company! Thank you!

I can always count on this restaurant to give me good food that is also good for you. Staff is very professional. They have their act together and I enjoy having a combination of a sandwich and a salad. There’s lots to choose from. Coffee is also very good. This particular location has a very large indoor area to sit down and eat if that’s your thing. Lots of big windows I like to sit near to get a little bit of the outside view while I’m eating. Come check it out

Never seen employees or management so disrespectful and ugly to customers, delivery people, and their suppliers. They're in desperate need of some training in customer relations!!! If you dislike working with the public so much, get a different job!!! I normally never leave reviews but this place takes the cake. To the heavy set manager and the really short woman with glasses...smile, be nice, learn how to treat your customers, delivery people and vendors.. or get into another profession that doesn't involve the public

Great place for healthy eating stop between Cape Girardeau, MO and St Louis. The A/C was working very well for a hot summer mid morning stop. Minor error in the order but great food.

Ordered 2 turkey, avacado BLT, the avacado was so hard you couldn't eat it. You would think for $14 a sandwich they could at least make sure it was edible....

My wife ordered a pick 2 of French onion soup and broccoli mac&cheese that we got and both were cold so I took it up to the counter and told them they told me they couldn't take it back or remake it and pointed my in the direction of a microwave. I'm very disappointed that's so unprofessional if I wanted microwaved soup I would have stayed home plus it's so unsanitary hot foods need to stay hot or u will get bacteria.

As someone who should've filled out their ServSafe while working with food, should know that smacking gum while working in front of a customer and making my food/drink, is unsanitary, unprofessional and rude. Grace was messing around with the gum and moving the gum around with her tongue, making the green gum very visible. after taking my order, she made my drink, still smacking her gum. gross. other than that, I come here often and have no complaints.
