User Reviews

Went through the drive thru this morning and instead of giving me a frozen cold brew they have me some type of liquid and filed a third of the cup with whip cream. I do not recommend this product. Very disappointed.

Average quality food at too high of a price. Service is better than most fast casual, but not great. RIP St. Louis Bread Co. Panera also keeps opening locations in locations they KNOW are too small with inadequate parking. They deliberately turn some restaurants into a madhouse to shave a couple bucks off rent. Sip Club is the only positive thing Panera has done in 10 years.

Disappointing order tonight! The Asian Sesame Chicken Salad did not even fill half of the container. And the inside is ridiculously unbelievable. It seems like they’re leftovers from the cutting board! And the bread!!!! Look at this burnt bread that feels like it’s been baked weeks ago! This is the first in the many times that I’ve in this location. I’m disappointed!

The cashier would not stop folding boxes the entire time we tried to order- very rude. Over charged us by 'adding' rather than sub as it should be. The entire time we were at the counter there was a manager, a shorter woman with brown hair, who would not stop yelling! She was very dramatic and rude as we observed the way she talked to /treated staff. Blah. Not a welcoming or pleasant experience at all. Also, avoid the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl. Yuck. Most expensive item on the menu and most disappointing. Jack/box has a more tastier option for half the price.

It was an early day about 10:30, and there were no croissants. There were multiple issues with the product being in store. Quite a bit of confusion when I asked but to go container. Just overall was not a happy experience to me, but I'm not going to count them out. I will try them again and see where that goes

Place was just gross. I informed the manager there was no table clean and floor was disgusting. I was told just a moment waited 10 mins clean table off myself and before I left no one never came out to clean.

Great place, one of the nicest bread co I've been too. They many regular customers that come everyday. Its kind of like cheers where everybody knows your name. 😊 friendly people

Quality/ value sinking fast. I ordered a You Pick Two and while the salad was "fine", the sandwich was a joke. There was just over a tablespoon of chicken salad on the torn bread, the rest was lettuce and tomato. I guess, my only purchases from now on will be an occasional bagel.
