User Reviews

Had the Mac & Cheese and my Mom had their strawberry salad and broccoli cheddar soup. It was all just excellent. The employees are very sweet, helpful and genuine. Despite the business of this location, the place was very clean, like no sticky counters at the drink bars, no garbage or dishes on tables. And there were plenty of tables to sit and eat at. Join the sup club and get all kinds of drinks specials and other perks!

My partner and I like Panera's food and when we get our whole order, it's delicious! However, when he brought back lunch today, his turkey sandwich had NO TURKEY on it. We have had issues with missing items (his sandwich was missing once which he only realized when he got home) from this location before, but even if he checked if all the items were there, he's not thinking he has to open up both wrappers to check if the sandwiches have the meat they're supposed to! I offered to give him some of the turkey from my sandwich (my sandwich is perfectly fine) but he's allergic to avocado and didn't want to risk it. We also shouldn't have to do that when we've already paid $7+ per sandwich just to receive some bread, tomato, lettuce and onion. Highly likely we'll come to this store much less in the future, which is a shame since generally the employees are nice and the food is good, but it's been two or three times now we've had major errors with our food like this.

It’s a nice place as the rest of the Banera Bread stores, it’s clean, and a good spot to grab a bite or a cup of coffee, I usually get Lattes but today I got an Americano and it was excellent, the youngman went the extra mile and steamed the milk for me, where in other places charge an extra dollar to do that. The staff in this location are hard working, and pleasant despite being busy. It’s 3 minutes from I-5 and a minute from 99, makes it convenient to stop by.

I enjoy Panera because I frequently order food through online platforms like Uber Eats or DoorDash. However, I wanted to experience dining in the restaurant for a change, allowing me to savor my meal for at least 40 minutes. Unfortunately, my recent visit was marred by a significant delay in receiving my order, which consisted of an Avocado, Egg White, Spinach & Cheese with Sprouted Grain Bagel Flat and a Greek Yogurt with mixed berries parfait. Despite initially intending to dine in, the extended wait compelled me to request my order to go. This extended waiting time left me feeling disappointed with my overall experience.

I have to give a shout out to Whitney, along with the rest of the staff at this Panera. I have been treated so well by everyone here, but in particular Whitney has been so kind to my father, who is older and sometimes gets a bit confused. I don't worry about my dad going to this Panera. I really appreciate them so much!

I’ve been here 4 days in the row. What can I say? From 4 times, only one time my food was prepared for less then 15-18 minutes. Usually it took 20 minutes for just a half sandwich or bowl. I went at 7 am. And it was really slow every time. Instead of eating in, I had to take to go. When it’s busy should I wait 30-40 minutes then? Good thing my food was tasty. But in the morning I’m always in hurry and hoping to get it fast. I tried 4 times. And it failed. Today was my last time. Thanks.

The drive-thru service is extremely slow. My order is VERY RARELY correct. If I order decaf coffee, it is never piping hot. Pizza sauce is lousy. The only thing that is decent is the tuna sandwich. There is also an ugly odor at the drive-thru window...like sour milk. I am very disappointed with this Panera location.

First of all I love Panera Bread. I dine there almost 3-4 times a week. Especially love Baja bowl and new chicken sandwich. But in this particular location don’t follow recipe guidelines. They put tons of sauces into my sandwich and bread was saggy as you can see on picture. Almost always some ingredients out of stock! Poor restocking as well. I never had this problem in any other location.
