Salad greens were not fresh - some leaves are spoiled (on the picture). Maybe they serve spoiled lettuce for order to-go only because it was to-go order. Instead mixed greens (what is usually serve in other Panera Bread) there was only spoiled chunks of Romaine lettuce. Below picture of Johns Creek Panera salad and local Panera salad.

Stopped by for breakfast. It was not overly crowded between 7:30 and 10am Nice selection of breakfast items to choose. I had the oatmeal and a fruit cup. The order was prepared quickly but they forgot my fruit cup. Had to ask 2x. Not a big deal. They provided it without question. The food was tasty and plentiful. Plenty of parking ad the atmosphere was clean and inviting.

6/21 ordered 'rapid' online to go chicken, Caesar salad, and a small chicken noodle soup. I stood with roughly 8 other people for 35 minutes once I got to the restaurant, mind you I ordered it 10 minutes before I got there, and not once did the staff member apologize for how long it was taking. They were not that busy, and it seemed every person that walked in off the street and ordered directly in the store. Had their food within five minutes. Absolutely terrible service.

Usually very happy with you guys! But today I paid almost $12 bucks for misery of a salad. Very very disappointed when in picked up my ordered and got a chance to finally open the bag. The salad doesn’t even reach half way of the bowl!!

Service awful! No menu except on wall. Too far away for us to read. Asked for help, got none. Wife went around counter to see since no staff around. They immediately yelled at her that she couldn’t be there, but offered no help to see menu. Very surly. We left without ordering and will NEVER return. Not first time staff was rude.

Good service, good food. New decor seems stark. This makes atmosphere seem less welcoming from the past.

Great staff at this location. I had a situation come up where I needed a receipt from about a month ago and Jackie was very patient and helpful in finding it. The food was already good, but a friendly and helpful staff will always have me return.

I find myself always picking up pizza from here when my significant other wants soups. Food is always good. I just have never seen bread thrown in a bag anywhere other than here. No bag or wrapping, just thrown in. I suppose that is just a Panera thing.
