User Reviews

The facility looks very clean and new. It is airy with many windows and natural light. Orders can be placed by kiosk or at the counter. Displays are appealing but the area behind was cluttered and messy. Our cashier was distracted and had a hard time translating requests into orders. We got the correct food and it was delicious. But it was a confusing process.

Our son loves Panera's chicken noodle soup and we live a meal that's going to last him and doesn't require a whole dinner debate. But when I went to clear my son's bowl I noticed it was grimy with old soup remnants. The manager assured me it was merely stained but I demonstrated how easily I could scratch the film off with my finger nails. Gross! They offered to remake it but he already ate from the dirty bowl so the damage was done. The manager did not seem to care at all. There were also bad pieces of greens in my salad that should've been removed. QA here is poor. There are plenty of Panera's in the area, we needn't revisit this one again.

I love Panera but since they’ve changed their cup location, now I as a VIP sip club member I have to ask for the cup at a checkout with a person or wait in line for my cup. This slows me down as I usually just grab my drink and leave to do other things. I’d say you guys should find another way to dispense these drinks or make it faster. Maybe sell a cup you can buy and take every time instead of having to wait for it .

All is good. My only gripe is cleanliness. Clean the windows the doors. Is an awful sight as you walk in. Don't even want to touch the handles. Everytime I go there. I told the cashier to tell the manager. And they acted like it was nothing. Come on it takes only a few minutes to do.

The food was delicious and the service was good. The gal that took my order was so kind and patient. Answered my questions and kept a smile and pleasant tone. Was refreshing customer service. A lot of food for a decent value.

Busy time and appeared short staffed. The dining room was a mess. But the people that were there were wonderful and the food amazing.

I went in for an open interview and decided to grab lunch while there. While I was bummed the baked potato soup was discontinued, I got a turkey and avocado BLT and a "green goddess cobb". 100% recommend. The cost hasn't changed much in 4 years, but I swear the portions are larger!! 100% worth the cost!

First Panera Bread I've been to where I went "meh". Compared to other Panera Bread's I've been to, this place was a little run down and dirty. I wasn't acknowledged by any of the employees. Food came out in a reasonable time. My chicken teriyaki bowl came out hot but my Thai chicken soup came out luke warm.
