I order the pick 2 sandwich, one was tuna salad and it did have almost no tuna on it, so disrespectful since I paid the money to have a dscdnt sandwich.

Panera has changed a lot since the pandemic. The food is still delicious, though some items are not prepared the way they used to be. Not as much care is taken with each order (some of this is the result of the learning curve for new employees, maybe). It's clear that pick-up orders are the priority; if you arrive at a busy time of day and place your order at the counter, you can wait quite a while for your food. While it's still a nice place to meet a friend to sit and talk or to get some work done while you eat, the atmosphere isn't as fresh: light bulbs are out, dirty dishes patrons have left on tables aren't cleared quickly, etc. It's not the same, but still worth a visit once in a while when you want to eat out but don't want fast food.

Food took a little while and the girls at the counter almost seemed clueless. I love panera bread In general and the food was made correctly. Just wish the service was a little better. The gentleman getting the food ready was an older gentleman who seemed like he really cared about getting my food out to me in a timely manner. He saved the visit.

Food is often not ready at the estimated time. When the system notifies me that my order is ready, it is often still not ready. Food should be already available on the pickup shelf when it is marked as ready. Orders are not always accurate. I understand that people are not perfect, but this happens more often than it should. There is not enough attention to details. Many items regularly go out of stock, such as bagels and certain sandwiches well before closing time. Panera needs to stock up on items that are frequently out of stock. If you don't order by 1 or 2pm, you are usually out of luck and might as well order elsewhere. Prices are not consistent and change throughout the day. When my order is correct, the food is good, but the prices are too high for all of this nonsense. Improvement is needed. Management presence is needed.

Good service. Staff is very nice and friendly. Place is always kept clean. Service is quick. Food is always fresh. Love the soups. Southwest chili salad is great! Love the smoothies. They have new bakery desserts available as well!

Saturday 4/15/2023, we arrived at the 6600 Baltimore Pike location at 4:30. About 20 minutes into the visit, and well after putting our order in (1 whole Mediterranean sandwich, an apple Fiji [no chicken OR cheese], and Mexican soup) we received an apology from the manager (only after my wife questioned where the food was...)that there was a lot of training going on. This didn't seem like the best fit...it was busy, and this manager was training multiple people. We finally left the building at around 4:58. Way too long for such a small order! If this level of training is occurring, maybe it would be a good idea to put some kind of note out, so the customer isn't blindsided; as we also had to literally WITNESS this manager CORRECT an obviously new employee...after he had come out of the back area RUBBING ALL OVER HIS ARMS WHILE WEARING GLOVES...and telling him to TAKE THE GLOVES OFF, AND WASH HIS HANDS🤢! Not to mention, she had thick curly hair which WAS NOT pinned, tied, or contained in any way. We have found a strand of hair at another Panera before. Please help me understand why the lax of policy in not requiring a hair net? I've worked in food service and it was always a health violation if beards and hair were uncovered. Very disappointing and disturbing. Not a good experience at all, and it made us late for our event.

I feel like there is know training on customers service being done at this location. They was cussing and talking over the food, to much horse playing in a place of business. I will not be coming back to this location again. As I waited 24 minutes for soup I observed everyone and everyone should be fired. The worst location I’ve ever been to.

Ordered a green goddess cobb, added spinach and frizzled onion. Didn't get the onions, and did get the spinach but all the other veggies were gone( aragula, red leaf, kale ). Just the romaine and spinach. Nothing like advertisement.
