User Reviews

In all honesty, this location is slow service. Also, I asked for extra dressing for my whole salad and they only give me one per usual. I’m pretty sure they give 2 dressings for a whole and 1 for half. It happens almost every time I go. My salad is dry😒 How does 1 small cup of dressing cover a whole salad?

everytime i oder here my avacado is molded or hard. extra ingredients added throws off the taste of a whole sandwich, they don’t know proportions at all.

I just had the worst coffee ever in many years of loving my local Panera. I specifically asked for decaf with extra cream & Splenda. I got home and the coffee taste like burnt regular coffee so definitely NOT DECAF and very little cream. I needed to start work shortly so I didn't have the option of going back and stating my disappointment so going forward I will either not, or, go inside to place my orders because drive ins are no longer the quality of serve we've had in the past . This kind of service makes me look forward to having robots taking orders at drive throughs, at least they will listen more carefully to the customer's requests.

I’ve been here a couple times and there’s new staff every single time. I understand that everyone needs to learn and it’ll take them time, I have no issues with this. I had just been here a week before this visit and had a gift card that had roughly $25 remaining, and the cashier did not know how to check or use the balance. I asked if there was someone who could assist and she just said they left for the day. It wasn’t a big deal, I paid and carried on. For whatever reason, my food took over 30 minutes to be ready. I sat there and watched about 5-6 people who just walked in, ordered, sat next to me and got their food.. I mean, my order wasn’t difficult or anything. Pretty disappointed overall. Once I received the food, it was fine, nothing out of the ordinary.

Joke of the chipotle chicken avocado melt… the sandwich looks nothing like it’s advertised and chicken is bland… literally no taste and it seems like they just threw the tomatoes at it. Terrible taste… doesn’t even taste like chipotle. Not satisfied with this sandwich

I just tried ordering a sandwich I usually get when I eat Panera in the morning, however I became disappointed to realize that the Egg, cheese and sausage sandwich no longer comes with over easy eggs but scrambled. They don't make over easy eggs anymore. I'm so sad I still tried the sandwich but was disappointed. Change can be good sometimes but not this time. I won't be getting breakfast here anymore.

This is my to go place. Lately I’ve been very disappointed. I was the only customer in drive, parking lot was nearly empty. My order consisted of a plain bagel Mac and cheese and a smoothie. It took almost 15 minutes to get my order. Through the drive thru window I could see the employees just chit chatting away just standing around. To top it off my bagel was hard over toasted, and a hair in my Mac and cheese. Very disappointing. I WILL NEVER RETURN!

I stop in early before work to pick up food for customers where I work and this team is always reliable. The order is accurate and fresh. Chelsea (not sure how she spells her name) works in the front and makes a chain restaurant feel like a small “mom and pop” the first time I saw her she made me feel like a “regular” and every time since has had the best customer service I have ever experienced. She makes my day brighter every time I get to catch her working.
