Dead atmospheric feeling, workers in the kitchen to busy having personal conversations, then I order a frozen brew for $5 and they give you this small kids cup! Excuse me! Ridiculous I can go to Starbucks and at least get better quality and quantity

My gosh can they not tell that they have put a stii chilled baget on your tray. Don't make me stop there, all the tables had 1/8 an inch of water/cleaner on them and benches were wet. Now I am glad they cleaned. But training is needed. Steak sandwich was tasty.

I love panera. The food is always good and the staff very friendly. This time my order got sort of mixed up. 1st I love the turkey blt.. but they were out of avacodo. So I got tuna sandwich and Greek salad. The sandwich was delicious but the salad came with a creamy green dressing. Not the usual oil and vinegar dressing. I also used to get chips with the you pick 2. Not this time. It really was delicious as always just not what I was expecting.

Drive thru was quick and easy. I had a delicious bagel breakfast sandwich. The coffee was only ok. Coffee in general does not seem consistently good, across all Panera locations. But I'm a regular due to their breakfast food.

I ordered the Cream of Chicken Wild Rice soup I was asked to pull around front and wait… for this broth with one slither of a chicken and a couple pieces of wild rice (it even smells weird I won’t be eating it). I’m soooo upset that I paid almost $16 for my meal which was horrible. Don’t waste your money. The owner has to know this is not okay.

staff is very nice!! management is genuinely rude…I shouldn’t hear you getting mad at your employees and treating them badly while trying to enjoy my dinner over stuff that sounds like doesn’t relate to them. Isn't the first time I've heard their management treating their employees badly. And the blonde lady with the bangs and glasses seems like a piece of work…I wont be coming back.

My daughter and I ordered the Green Goddess Cobb salad and this is what we got. There was a whole boiled egg, no chicken, no onions and a couple of tomatoes on the bottom. And I didn't get my cookies. I will say I called as soon as I got home and they told me that they would replace the whole order and they did

Great food and somewhat self service. Tables were not wiped after each customer. Store went to plastic forks and knifes.
