Drive thru, I use to love their chicken salad but this was on one side of sandwich and the other side was just a little better. Hardly any almonds. My husband got a buffalo chicken which was also not great. They really have gone down hill. I use to be ok paying their high prices because food was really good but now it is expensive mediocre food.

I just want to personally thank the guy at the register named "Nelly". He was very helpful, quick, and understanding of almost everything the place had to offer. It was my first time at a Panera and he made my first experience exceptional. Keep it up y'all!

I have worked here for a little over two years, and I consistently try to convince people to apply. It is such a fun place to work, especially if you're extroverted and like to get along with others. The management is kind and considerate as well as flexible with hours. On top of this, I not only have made friends with my coworkers, but even with customers! (Shoutout to Robert) This location has quality food, and even when I am not working, everyone puts in maximum effort and does great to make sure that people feel comfortable and homey. I love this company and have nothing but praise for how much Kristen, Logan and Jordan have helped me become a better person, too! Thank you, Panera Camp Hill :)

Warning! They changed the pecan braid and it’s awful! I threw it away it was so bad. When I first took it out of the bag, I actually thought they gave me the wrong thing. It looked kind of like a bear claw only half the size and then I realized that it was a very small undercooked and bsolutely awful with no icing. It’s actually unbelievable that they would sell that to a person. I will not be Patronizing Panera in the future, especially not for a pecan braid!

Advertising works. I saw a picture of their new spicy chicken sandwich somewhere... I needed to have that sandwich. The missus was out, offered to pick me one up, and I was VERY excited. I ordered online... we got two chicken sandwiches, two drinks, and some mac & cheese for the baby which rung up to OVER $40... i have no idea how... but still, I thought... this is going to be so good, it will be worth it. Then the food arrived. Drink was pretty good, it was a mango something or other. But the sandwich was priced $8 too much... that's right, it was a $10 sandwich and garbage. I would take a McDonald's chicken sandwich over this. Never again. You made me sad, I hope you're happy, Mr. Panera.

I used to be a fan of Panera but in the past year the quality of food and variety has suffered. The only thing you get are chicken sandwiches and salads. The soups are good but the onion soup has gotten very bad. For a $9 bowl of soup it's really disappointing. The pic shows little soup and less cheese. It was warm but definitely not hot and satisfying. Done surprised if the franchise is gone in the near future.

Very good service at this location. Ordered ahead and someone else took our food. The crew made it right and threw in a few cookies for our trouble. Will stop by again next time were in the area.

out of bread bowls and baguettes at 4:30 pm, for a place known for both of those im shocked they dont make more. seems like a common occurrence update- the cookie i got tastes so ungodly awful it’s inedible. tastes like wet dog
