Breakfast Menu "Panera Bread" Buffalo Grove

This is by far the worst location. And it’s sad because of the area. The employees here are unprofessional and they are lacking customer service skill. First off apron must not be worn in the lobby, much less on your way to the toilet. Aprons should be taken off inside the kitchen. I see employees here taking out the garbage with their apron and I’ve seen them on their way to the toilet with their apron on. It does not matter if you take in off just before entering the toilet, it’s disgusting. I also known this to be true because I worked in the industry during my college days and the always teach you to take off your apron in the kitchen or behind the counter.

The portions are so small Chicken soup with no chicken and no veggies either just a broth Salad with only lettuce barely covering the bottom of the container When complained to the manager No apologies Just an attitude and they follow portion control Really bad service I wish I never went there For over $18.00 half a box of lettuce and baby size soup Never again! There are so many really good places to eat

This Panera bread always messes up the food orders. They give the right order, but the food itself isn’t okay. I order a “WARM Mediterranean grain bowl” and it’s ALWAYS cold. And it’s always made differently, sometimes they’ll add greens, sometimes they won’t. They also never cut their sandwiches in half which is just inconvenient. I shouldn’t be eating a 12inch sandwich un cut. The food is never consistently made. I got a sandwich with WAY TOO MUCH sauce on it. It’s like they drowned the bread with sauce. But, other times it’ll be fine. You just never know with this location. But it’s usually awful.

It is still a Panera breads but you will have a special experience here. There puck two is more delicious and flavorful. Coffee is fresher than any other Panera I have been. The store itself is crowded but super clean. Abundant parking spaces are another pros of this location. I really like this place

Before work I always enter the Panera drive-thru, on this particular day before entering the drive-thru I saw what seemed to be 2 employees making out in plain sight… (should be fired for this) This was absolutely disgusting to see. Absolutely no professionalism, this made me lose my appetite. I will never be coming back to this Panera which is unfortunate because I love their food! Definitely do not recommend coming here especially with children present..

I was at Panera 3 days ago, and I ordered a plain bagel, grilled cheese sandwich, and Macaroni and Cheese on the side. I went through the drive thru as well. The workers didn't even say hi to me when I pulled up to the ordering station and they simply just told me "what can we get for you." Once I pulled up to the window to take my order, they were severely delayed and I waited for about 20 minutes to get my food. Not to mention, once I got my order they've also failed to say "thanks and have a good rest of your day." I then opened up the bags to find out that my bagel wasn't even toasted (which is what I asked them to do sadly). And then when I started to eat the Mac N Cheese, I also apt to realize that that wasn't even heated properly, because it was just cold liquid and macaroni. The sandwich ALSO wasn't heated and it tasted kind of smokey (I'm not sure why that even is, but okay) The thing is that I actually go to Panera quite often, but this last visit I had definitely wasn't worth the while.

Since they opened this location a couple of years ago, the service has been so slow. The people are nice and the food is good but it's frustrating how slow the service is there.

I used panera bread app to order out for a while but recently I noticed that when I open my bag some items are missing, some salads or warm ball come half - portions instead of full portions. I give up complaining long time ago , so simply canceled app. My advice, order in person instead of app 🙃 , food is ok BTW
