Multiple times I've tried to order breakfast items that says available until 1030 but issue on website doesn't allow. Annoying! So on this day I tried their NEW Green Goddess Caprese melt sandwich. Of course not even close to what is pictured. There was barely any filling and just a huge loaf a bread basically. Very disappointing, at least their bread is good. I also had the Mexican corn chowder which I enjoyed even though was barely warm.

Would you put these tomatoes in your sandwich? Why when I’m buying sandwich for $10 I need to eat inedible tomatoes? Crazy. Overall service and food is getting worse and worse every year.

Pretty slow customer service. We had to wait 20 minutes for our order to be ready on Saturday. Also, I wish Panera Bread had better quality spoons. We’ve got scratched and dirty spoon…

This place can get very busy at times as they are extremely popular. That's always a great sign. My company orders catering often and the food is always great - it's always a crowd pleaser and nobody ever complains when they see that Panera box. Last Saturday 10/22 at noon, these two young men were working so hard and yet always with an upbeat attitude, still smiling and respectful to the customers. I could tell they either had a huge rush of orders or were short-staffed, yet my food was fresh and delicious (as always)!

Wonderful experience overall! Coffee on tap being refillable was a nice surprise, and the large location (surprisingly not busy) allows for a nice atmosphere for get togethers or solo studying/working sessions! A great place I most likely will return to when in the area with my wife!

We ordered a Mac & cheese for $7.99 it came in a small bowl but it was just half of the tiny cup. It was just 5-6 tea spoons. I am not sure how this can fill a kid for dinner. This is very poor job of Panera. I ordered same dish before and I never seen a half of the tiny cup. It always was full and good enough for a kid.

This place seems to have a steady clientele. I really do not understand why... I recently joined there sip club. This place is close so it seemed like a good idea. But the soft drinks slowly started losing flavor over time. Lately they have all been tagged s out of service. So I have been getting their lemonade's. Today even they are now watered way down. The Everett location is better than this one for quality. I stopped at one in Olympia and wow! They didn't dilute any of their drinks. Not sure if these are a franchise place or not. But I do not understand serving a poor quality item for a few pennies saved. For that reason I have stopped eating here.

We eat here often. This was one of the better trips. The staff seemed more engaged. I tried the new Mexican corn chowder and really liked it. My wife had the strawberry salad with the broccoli cheese soup. She was happy with her meal as well. This was a good trip!
