User Reviews

Had a minor mix up with our order today, the man working at the pick up counter was very personable and manager Shawn went above and beyond and fixed the issue before I even mentioned anything. You can tell he really valued our experience. Food was great but the customer service was even better 😊

Arrived at Panera at about 810 pm. 50 minutes before close. I was looking forward to a soup bread bowl and a cookie. There were no sweets at all! When we asked, the cashier told us that they were all put away and not available for purchase- despite the fact that there was a full rack right behind her. We were told that was for the next day. I received my cold soup with no side... that it is supposed to come with. My friend ordered a salad and iced coffee. We were not given bread, apple or chips (sides that are supposed to come with our order)- when we asked, we were told that they were out. We couldn't get a piece of bread.... at Panera, the bread company! To make things even worse, the staff was rude and could not be bothered to provide a cup for the iced coffee or a lid for the box we were taking to go. And then they had the nerve to ask for a tip.... when our incomplete meals should have been discounted.

Normally I don’t leave a negative review but I ordered the Avocado, Egg White, Spinach & Cheese breakfast sandwich on a sprouted grain bagel flat. The avocado is black with rot and the egg whites are missing. Throwing away the sandwich rather than getting sick.

Pick two w/ steak and white cheddar… What the sandwich is supposed to resemble and what I got. Bad odor inside. Restroom was dirty as well as entry/exit doors and kiosks. Not very appetizing.

Choices of drinks are great. Love the flavored lemonade with caffeine. Prices seem to be increasing as we spent nearly $31 for 2 people. Two pick 2's and 1 drink. Tables and seats were dirty in several places. Needed a wipe down. Didn't love that they just yell your name when your order is ready. No buzzers at this location.

To start off, my shoe came off while I was walking through the lobby because the floors were all sticky. I had to walk slowly in order for my shoe not to come off again, thats how bad the floors were. Then, the employees were so rude & one employee even made a comment as I walked away after nicely asking where the bathroom was. As I was waiting for my food, I hear the employees talking bad about other customers. & finally, our mac & cheese was cold & not creamy at all. We didnt even go back in to say anything because of how poorly the employees were already acting. This is the worst Panera Ive ever been to.

Placed an order through the app and given I’ve never been to this location I must have looked lost trying to find the order. Immediately was greeted and asked if I needed any help- I believe her name was Patty. Super friendly and helpful without having to ask or track down an employee, keep it up!

Ordered a turkey bacon bravo a grill cheese and a tomato soup. The grill cheese came on a French Baguette. For some reason my daughter can't eat the baguette. it makes her bloated and sometimes gives diarrhea. So we discard it every time. The restaurant never ask if this substitution was ok. I get home and no dinner for my daughter. Please on the future ask if substitutions are ok. The receipt says please contact a manager. I am 20 minutes away, what is the benefit for me. I would rather warn the next person, to not got through this like I did. It's a shame we eat at Panera probably once a week and have never experienced this. Good luck
