Watching one person work while three stand around pretending to be busy while the manager watches is ridiculous. Slow service delivery. The guys all disappeared to the back room together yet the shelves were not stocked with fresh product. The bagel from the grocery stores better and fresher. Toast means color on the bread not drying out. Orders were wrong. Just moderately clean. Coffee was lukewarm. All kind of sad like nobody cares behind the counter.

Giving a 2stars bc I've had good food in the past... but, 🤮 I just left after seeing an older woman eating and licking her fingers behind the bakery counter. The WOMEN WHO GRABS YOUR FOOD!!! YA NO. Hard Pass.

Horrible ,Horrible. This is the 4th time of the order being wrong. How do you not put chicken on a Asian Chicken Salad. There wasn't Asian salad dressing or sesame seeds either. I have apples slices on my salad which isn't supposed to be on the salad. My daughter ordered extra egg and no extra egg. I will not order online again. No one is answering the phones. Horrible customer service. I spent $35.00 to get some lettuce. I want a full refund. Kristi White

Amazing customer service. Food was great tasting. Prices are high for half sandwiches and a tiny cup of soup on pick two option. $80 bucks in what would amount to 2 sandwiches and 4 under 1 cup servings of soup.... 1 drink.

Always delicious, but yet quick and easy. I did the kiosk and finished about the same time my mom did at the counter. Would go back. Was nice and clean.

My first ever visit to a Panera Bread. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended up getting the Mexican Street Corn Chowder (bowl) and an apple. The food was excellent and served quickly and hot. I was very well satisfied with the entire experience.

This is the worst Panera bread I have ever been to! We ordered at the kiosk with text notification waited 20 minutes until we found out that the order did not go through even though the transaction was on our credit card! The guy clearly did not care we had to order a second time and pay twice! The only reason we even did this is because we promised we would get some for our grandma... I wish I could rate lower than a one

So first, I ordered a Frozen Strawberry Lemonade, but instead I got a Frozen Agave Lemonade. I ordered a small mac & cheese but it kind of looks like I got a kids mac & cheese. Our food took a long time to get to us.
