User Reviews

Haven't been here for awhile, but I just want to comment on the positive friendliness and attitude of the guy at the register. Friendliness and positive attitude go a long way and is refreshing in our world today. So not much review on the food (however my bagel was delicious) but more so on the customer service. Thank you!

Panera food quality deteriorated over the years and the service is terrible, at least at this location. I ordered rapid pick up from this location on Reed Hartman two weeks ago. When I got there, 2 out of 3 items I ordered weren't available! Placed another rapid pick up order today from this location - same effect: 2 out of 3 items were not available. The Panera guys swears it never happened before...What's the point of having an app if it doesn't work for your customers because your locations ignored your online orders. Note that this order was placed 55 min before pickup time, which should be plenty of time to address my order. Also, this location wasn't busy at all at that time.

I used to order here a lot, even ordered delivery pretty often, it was just easier than leaving the office. I have always had problems with them not reading my order. I always ask for butter for my baguette, but they didnt bring it. I didn't bring it up as an issue to them, because it's a minimal thing, and I don't like to complain - I didn'twant someone to have to drive all the way back here just for butter. I haven't ordered delivery in a while (it was pricey), but went for it today. I got a half salad half sandwich. Again, they forgot the butter for the baguette. Then I found a bug in my salad. I lost my appetite immediately. And sent an email in to tell them. About 45 minutes later, another delivery guy drops off an order for me. They did not respond to my email at all (no reply or call), but just sent another salad and baguette. (Who wants to eat more of something when they found a bug in it?). I know those things happen more often than we want to think about in a restaurant, I just did not even want it, so it was just a waste. Even more, inside the bag, they had another separate bag with about 30 butter packets. I obviously don't need that much butter for 1 baguette. I thought that was very rude. (Here, you want butter? Here's tons of butter.) I am pretty forgiving, but after not getting any response and a bag of butter shoved at me, I felt like they were just mocking me. The food isn't that good anyways, and overpriced. Bleh.

Great Customer Service and Atmosphere. Ordered Iced Carmel Latte with Cinnamon Spice Syrup and Half and Half...It was overpowered by H/H not enough coffee..

The service was quick (I placed in online rapid pick up order) it was ready on time. However, they left out the dessert I paid for, as well as gave me 2 butt-ends of the bread. One was only slightly smaller than a regular slice of bread and worked decently ok, the other however, was so tiny. And almost entirely crust. The sandwich didn't even stay put together because the bread was so small and terrible. Photo shows the comparison of my pinky to the size of bread.

I have been using Westchester OH Panera Bread location (drive through) for years, it was an Okay experience. Once I visited Panera Bread Reed Hartman location to get my coffee and breakfast, I felt super comfortable, felt like home. I was greeted by Eli the moment she saw me in the restaurant, provided excellent customer service, all responses were prompt and professional. I was so pleased with the service I received from her. Eli is incredible, very friendly, goes above and beyond to help, pleasant to talk with, absolutely brilliant. I am regular here now and every time the experience just keeps getting better. Thank you, Eli!!

I wanted to give this place a review for exceeding my expectations. I ordered the always delicious mac and cheese and 2 Kitchen Sink cookies for my lunch delivery yesterday. Unfortunately, my order was sans cookies. I figured they ran out, as to why I didn't receive them, but I was still charged. I contacted Customer Care today and explained my issue, and it was promptly forwarded to the management of the location I ordered from. Roughly 2 hours later, they responded and confirmed they had ran out. They apologized for the inconvenience, and are proceeding to credit me with a refund! I truly appreciate the immediate response I received and their eagerness to correct the charging error. I wasn't going to order from this location again due to what happened, but I have changed my mind. Thank you for making it right and being professional. You have retained a customer because of it. :-)

Panera has gone down hill in recent years. Now it's just overpriced fast food made to look a little better. Also they took away the chocolate chip muffin top and that's was just wrong
