We arrived at Panera a little early (4:30pm) because we were hungry. No supper rush yet. I had the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad and freshly made frozen Strawberry Lemonade. Hubby had Tomato soup and the Napa Chicken sandwich. Friendly service and patiently answered our questions. Also took home a loaf of Country Rustic Sourdough - crispy crust and very good when warmed up in the oven. This Panera is very spacious - never feels crowded. The decor is relaxing and tasteful.

Food is great, however, I am surprised to not get any Gluten-Free options though. It would also be nice to have an option for what Greens 🥬 to use in salads 🥗. Soups are so good and breads are always fresh! The ordering process outshines everyone else. There don’t seem to be any discount incentives though.

Amazing speed! I ordered online from the adjacent parking lot, then drove over to park in the Panera pick up spot. I checked in online and a worker walked out with my food about two minutes later! For real! My order was not complicated, but still their speed in putting together my order was still impressive. I ordered a turkey sandwich, soup, and a beverage. Tasty as always.

Ordered a delivery meal and had the Baja bowl with chicken. The rice was way undercooked. It was still very hard and wasn’t warm at all despite the bowl being a warm bowl. The rice was white like it was fresh out of the package versus the typical color it takes on when cooked properly. The avocado was too hard to eat. I paid extra for the extra avocado too and couldn’t eat a single piece of it. Wouldn’t recommend getting the Baja bowl from this location. Go to Burnsville for that. They make a perfect baja bowl.

So excited when they opened. Food use to be good..and portions were OK, but lately, you really don't get what you pay for. Picked up an order a couple of days ago, and the portions were half of the container for the soup and salads. Also a couple of the salads were missing salad dressing. There was no napkins or butter. I was taking this food to family that was waiting at the hospital, so Very Disappointed!

I go here all of the time. I'm a member of the sip club, so its probably the easiest place for me to go to for getting drinks and such. The drinks are delicious, the food is incredible (my personal favorites are the bread bowl mac and cheese, the bread bowl broccoli cheddar soup, the cinnamon crunch bagel, and the candy cookie), and the atmosphere is amazing. If you have the extra money to spend (cause they can get a bit pricey, other than their sip club which is an incredible deal) I would absolutely recommend going here NOTE: DO NOT GO OVERBOARD ON THE CHARGED LEMONADES. Please, i am begging you, have only one per day, if that. There is a lot of caffeine in them, and it can be dangerous. I went overboard one day and had 3 cups and ended up overdosing on caffeine, which is a painful experience. Dont make the mistake i made

My son and I got literally 1-2 bite size pieces of chicken per 6" toasted baguette half sub. Spent $30 after tip and it was basically a grilled cheese sub. We had water too. Thought they were joking. No value for the customer, just bottom line profits for the chain. Wish I had the picture to add.

$6.20 for a cup of soup, TRULY a cup of soup. I mean it's good, but not THAT good....Panera please price your portions accordingly!!!
