The person at the cashier this evening was very nice and friendly. He made me want to come back to Panera Bread in Battle Creek more often. Food is also good. I also like the mango yuzu tea a lot.

Temperature in the building was refreshing! Place nice and clean! Staff very friendly! Love this place!

Unfortunately when we came in the bread was already boxed up so no soup bowls which was what we were after. Ended up splitting a pizza thing which was very good blueberry muffins was a bit dry, sorry. I just think of a place is open till a certain time then the food should be available to that time and not boxed up and ready to go until closing time

Amazingly sweet lady taking our order!!! Food tasted so good. There was a problem trying to use a gift card we had loaded onto the app, but the manager stepped in and was sincerely apologetic. Overall a great experience.

Coffee - ok Breakfast sandwich - not impressed but good when you are hungry (better then any other fast food chain) Service - needs help You get a buzzer, mine never went off and my name was not called. I don't know how long my breakfast sandwich sat there or how the temp was supposed to be. It was warm when I finally went to look myself thinking it shouldn't take THAT long 🤔 because they aren't made fresh.. The staff working is sweet and kind and do their best.

Food is consistently good, and the atmosphere is the same everywhere . The service over all has been very good, but sometimes you get a new employee or a less than average employee but you can't prevent that from happening at any business. I give this location 5 stars over all.

Called to ask if they take Apple Pay, because I forgot my wallet. They said yes, I asked if I could place an order via phone because I was driving, yes again, great. I held the line and when someone got to me they took my order for 2 bagels, 1 toasted one not, simple, under $4. Then he asked me for my card number. I explained I was driving and was going to pay with tap pay. So he couldn't take my order. I walked in within 3 minutes, tried using the self kiosks, they don't take tap pay. Wait in line, and now after only 26 minutes I have 2 bagels, 1 toasted. I was trying to limit my time in the shop because I have a migraine and often get nauseated. So all together for a call, a wait, a cancel because I couldn't pay $4 over the phone, and a wait while everyone walked in and used the kiosks, while I waited at the counter a total time of 31 minutes! I am patient, but I would have pulled over to order had I known this was going to be such a fiasco. Next time I will try Starbucks.

I ordered the Napa chicken almond sandwich without the bread and all I received was a very small portion of it in a cup, when we inquired about the portion size the two employees behind the counter were extremely rude and said if you want more you will have to pay for it. And the young man at the counter that took our order never asked what sides we wanted ( that come with the order) 🤦🏽‍♀️Just not impressed with this visit at all.
