The host was attentive to my walk in order, placed the incoming call on hold. My order took about 45 minutes to prepare but well worth the wait. As a first time patron, I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely return!

Love the Panda House. We went in before going to the movies, and it was 30 minutes until closing. They were still super friendly and didn't rush us at all, even though we were the only ones there. I had the black pepper scallops that came with huge scallaps and a lot of them! My girlfriend had the pad Thai and that was great too! The dragon roll was delicious! Great food, friendly staff, and cool lights!

So... We literally go here about every week, despite the prices hiking up monthly. When we place orders we deliberately come before the quoted time because the food is ALWAYS ready before that time. In fact, it is usually ready about a good 20-30 minutes before (no complaint here). One time we did wait and the food was cold and soggy. There is a particular woman who works there that has berated and yelled at my husband about showing up earlier even though he was nothing but pleasant and polite. She then told him to "coordinate better with your wife." Are you kidding me? Not only was it entirely inappropriate, but instead of lecturing customers about communication with their spouses, perhaps you should be more concerned about "coordinating with your cook" on prepared cook times. We were legit shocked, who do you think you are? Be careful, we kept going there because there is obviously a massive decline in business at Panda House and we were being loyal customers and hoped you could stay afloat. Restaurants are dropping like flies right now so instead of berating customers, take a pill and chill out. Take your anger issues out on someone else. My husband is way too freaking nice. I wouldn't have been so nice if you had the balls to say that to me. Run your business better and go to therapy for your anger issues. My husband standing there in an EMPTY RESTAURANT to wait for his order is NOT A BIG DEAL. CHILL OUT. Who was he disturbing... no one? Suffice to say, they lost about $80-$100 a WEEK. Don't believe us? Check your receipts. By the way, we called to speak with the manger or owner. The woman who answered wouldn't let us claiming they were too busy... Please, your restaurant was deserted. So, was that you Ms. Sassy on the phone? I'll just call back again anyways. Be a better worker and just a better human being in general. Next time, leave the polite and quiet man alone and shut your mouth. By the way, you gave us the wrong spring rolls. Bad Panda House... Bad.

The restaurant is a bit of a paradox because the food is the standard, quick-serve, over-the-counter American-Chinese food (~$7-9 each dish) you find at cheap hole-in-the-wall neighborhood joints but served in a sit-down restaurant with nice ambiance and quality upholstery. It’s not authentic Chinese, AT ALL, but the dining experience is nice and the wait-staff are friendly and attentive. Don’t expect anything on the menu to be special or unique, it’s classic bland fare for Americans that you can find anywhere.

This is one of the famous authentic Chinese restaurant here in Polaris. They have nice ambiance and enough table to sit around 40 people. It’s famous for sushi food. I am being vegetarian tried most of vegetarian items and all of them were good. I loved the avocado roll. If you like spicy you can ask for spicy. Edamame was my favorite for quick bites, I kept on eating these. If you like authentic Chinese and sushi you must try this restaurant!!!

Do not delay! You must, must try this restaurant! Wes stopped for lunch on a whim. The food was absolutely incredible and service was top notch. Best dragon roll we have ever had. Seriously, we have told strangers and friends they must come here. Incredible!

I just got lunch here and it was SO GOOD - cashew chicken and a spring roll . *Chef's kiss* It hit the spot. The lunch portion was very generous too. This will be a regular lunch spot for me from now on.

Panda House is our favorite take out option. We’ve been ordering it about twice a month for 6 years. Never disappoints. Service is great, fast delivery. I truly hope they are still open when I die in 50 years because I am going to arrange for Panda House to be served at my wake. Nothing lifts the mood in a room full of loved ones who had a rough day quite like Panda House crab Rangoon and spring rolls. Love you guys!!!!
