I ordered a 3 entree plate with string bean chicken, and shrimp. The string bean chicken tasted old and clabbery for it to have been ordered at 11:15am THIS MORNING!!!! The rice and the string bean chicken taste like old oil and what’s worse is that I bit into a piece of refrigerated cold chicken!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬 and the food in general was just not at all fresh!!! Very disappointing for my first time eating here! If you look at other panda locations I have been to in the past ordering the same thing, there is a big difference in photos!!! Update: 3/15/23 - I came back for dinner and the food was COMPLETELY different than what I had weeks prior!! You can also see the difference in pictures!

Was told it would be a 7 minute wait for my items after ordering in an almost empty lobby and than waited 30 minutes after the staff started filling online orders and sold out the items that had been ready for me proceeded to get distracted until I reminded them. They have no ability to manage there food readiness or online orders while still having dine in lines. Terrible experience. This was all at 520 pm why don't you have food ready for the dinner rush. Only positive is my local panda is amazing and I only went there after a work event.

Do not go here! It's always super busy with to-go orders and the customers in line don't get fresh food, also the employees and super rude and disrespectful! We will never go here again, also very dirty, we were going to sit down and eat but the tables looked nasty. Ended up not even getting my food because they tried to give me 5 orange chickens on my bowl and say it was a serving size, no ma'am not worth it! Gross all around and not a fun experience, guess food service has really gotten trash! Check their yelp reviews, theirs pictures of spiders and insects in the food! Never again!

There is very poor service for Doordash employees here. Today I had an order that I was supposed to receive from Panda Express. When I came to the restaurant, there was a queue of 10 people. I was supposed to receive from Panda Express. When I came to the restaurant, there was a queue of 10 people. I was waiting for my order together with other Doordash employees. Panda Express employees ignored us and served only people from the queue. As a result, I waited for my order for 40 minutes! In response to requests and comments, Panda Express employees are rude and make our orders last. It is very rare to receive an order on time here. You almost always have to wait a long time.

I don't expect a lot from fast food (and I definitely consider Panda Express as fast food), but I don't ever want to see a restaurant start to ring up a customer next to me, realize the order is wrong and scoop the food back out of their container back into the warming tray for future customers. I nearly walked out on the spot. I'm not sure of the exact rules on that from a health code legal perspective, but it was appalling to watch. Either comp it because it was a preparer error or discard it (and it was the staff's error, I heard the customer clearly ask for a 'bowl' and she served him like a plate.. which he caught when they tried to charge him for the larger portion). Very unprofessional and unhealthy. Also... refresh something other than the orange chicken and broccoli beef. Why is it that there are always just one or two servings left of half your options and they look like they have been cooking under the warmer for an hour?

Kina is a terrible manager. The humiliation she gave me when I asked for a refund was unprofessional. She also took my card and went to the back for a refund and stayed back there for 20 minutes. I asked softly and respectful for a refund and she said she needed a receipt in order to do so..... I had to dig in the garbage to get a receipt which I sat inside the restaurant to eat. So she didn't want to pull it up at all

When I want Chinese food now, Panda Express is where I go. This was a clean and friendly restaurant. The employees even gave me a scoop of the fresh Beijing beef entree without me asking for it. Everything tasted delicious and satisfied my Chinese food craving. Not a great date spot since there's nothing to do in the area except grab a bite to eat. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY
