Delicious Orange Chicken along with the shrimp and fried rice. First time at a Panda Express for me, the only reason I didn't give the service 5 stars is they didn't have an allergen menu and I had to explain what that was

I go to Panda Express often and today the Orange Chicken and Beijing beef had way too many pepper flakes and was overly spicy. I couldn't even eat it so I asked Crystal at the counter if I could swap it out as it was way to spicy. Crystal told me that they were not going to change the recipe for me and that they don't give away free food so I asked to speak with the manager and she told me that she was the one in charge a manager wasn't on duty so I asked for the manager's name so I could call in the morning and she also refused to give me the manager's name she said you just need to call I can't give you any names. So Crystal definitely hasn't been trained properly in customer service. I will never go back to this location.

I was underwhelmed by my first experience at this Panda Express, and I had really high hopes. The food good, but was not warm, probably because we had to wait 6+ minutes for food to be cooked and half of the stuff I ordered was just sitting in boxes on the counter. My box was DRAWN ON, I couldn't believe it. How completely unsanitary is that though and why do your employees have so much time on their hands and food not ready... To be drawing on the boxes for take out? I DON'T want your hands all over my box. The only time I want you to touch my box is when you put the food in it and hand it to me. Do better.

I bought my son Panda Express for his birthday from the Chesterfield, MI location. I ordered 2 plates, 1 bowl, and crab cheese rangoons online and wrote a note in the comments to please include 4 fortune cookies and sweet and sour sauce. First, I had to wait at the counter while 5 employees chatted and ate (with no one in line) when I picked it up and then again when we were missing things. I told them we were missing 1 fortune cookie and sauce. They had an empty fortune cookie package in our bag (which I assume now was absolutely intentional since she asked me if I was the one that asked for 4 fortune cookies in my order online and I confirmed). She informed me the sauce is now in tiny little packets (which she gave me 2 of for all this food) and then said I only get 3 cookies because it's only 1 per entree. Two of the 3 entrees were plates (double meat) & one was a bowl. Also, even though I wouldn't count it as one, the crab rangoon literally says "small entree" on the receipt as well. She was really rude about it and said they have to charge for another fortune cookie. I said "fine, how much is it"? She then said I can't just buy one, I have to buy an entire bag (which consisted of 8 fortune cookies). I didn't want 8. I just wanted 1! In addition, there's nowhere on their site that they even offer the option to purchase any fortune cookies at all. Just another way to charge even more money when you're in there to pick up. The whole experience was so frustrating! I guess spending $35 wasn't enough for them to give me 1 fortune cookie! If the food wasn't good, I'd give a lesser rating.

If you are going to open at 10:30 A.M. you need to be ready to serve customers at 10:30!!! Arrived at 10:35, and when I tried to place my order I was told that "several entree's were not ready yet, and there was going to be a wait". Needless to say I left and went elsewhere, because they have enough trouble preparing the food correctly without trying to rush. This is the latest of several issues I have had at this location. It used to be pretty good, but the last few months it has really gone downhill.

Older lady at the drive-thru gave me the wrong side order and when I came back through and asked for the correct item I already paid for and specifically remember her repeating back that item to me, she tried telling me I didn't order it but "have a nice day anyways" and slammed the window on me. Food is decent but she was very unpleasant to deal with.

Food is always good, I order a head and pick up and there's never a wait. Service is on par and I haven't gotten a wrong meal or item the four times I've been so far.

I was a regular customer I was very dissatisfied service sucks. I waited 20mins for fresh broccoli beef and they mixed in old soggy broccoli still. When I asked for a refund they said they don’t do refunds which I know they do ( it would be half eaten and we still had to refund it) I use to work for Panda Express. I didn’t argue but I won’t be coming here again very disappointed. I hope you try other Chinese food that are wayyyy better and service is exceptional
