Stopped in for dinner. Our meals were hot and fresh and very impressed with the quality of Panda items being served. My son who loves Panda said it was the best one he’s gone to.

Put in an order and was told to wait as they had to make a portion of the food in my order. The food I was waiting on came out, but I saw them literally forget about filling the rest my order and they filled everyone else’s food with this newly made food…while my half done order sat there getting cold and stale. Then when I bring it up, Vanessa says they gave all the food up and had to make a new batch again. So I had to wait twice as long, while the rest of my food got cold. Then the manager kept fighting me on the order. Kept stating that my order was right, when I kept telling them it was wrong. Told them THREE times that it wasn’t right. I had to keep telling the MANAGER 3x to open it , and guess what…I was right. They eventually fixed the order. Tossing in some extra, messy steak bits to get all over the rest of my food is not an apology. I don’t know if it was an off night or what. Typically this place is alright, but whichever team was working tonight probably doesn’t reflect the best of this place. Decent customer service matters. DO BETTER.

Total mismanagement today. 45 minute wait for online order pick-up. Why? Only one employee filling takeout orders and at least 3 doing in store purchase. Online orders couldn't be filled because in store customers were served food needed in the takeout orders which then couldn't be filled. Good food though!

Old time Chinese favorites with a modern twist at a great price. Huge portions, so you either need to be hungry or can easily split your plate with someone. Orange chicken is my go to item. Can get busy at times and may need to wait awhile for items that are being freshly made, while you wait.

I guess you could call this food. Luke warm, dry from sitting under heat lamps.

The lady helping me with my order had extreme difficulty comprehending what I wanted. I ordered 2 plates with 2 choices. She seemed to understand what i wanted at first but then before she finished with putting the food i wanted she kept asking me to pay first. She asked me SIX times if I wanted to pay & SIX times I had to ask her to complete my order. Maybe if she spent more time with my order than asking me to pay she would have gotten my order correct. I spent almost 20 minutes there trying to get what I wanted & it wasn't at all busy. My wife & I enjoy there food but today's experience was BRUTAL.

I always go to this Panda's instead of the one at the next door Windward Mall since this one isn't located next to a pet store. Sorry, but I can't get the smell of a pet store out of my system while trying to enjoy lunch. If I were them, I would try to move their location to the food court. This location is very busy. The customer service is great, they always offer a free sample, I like their quick service, clean bathrooms. The food consistently tastes fresh and tasty. Their tables are always clean but sometime some of the chairs need to be wiped more carefully. but that can't always be done when the place is very busy.

On 1 Feb 2022 I tried to order on the APPs since the Panda Express representative from Kaneohe Panda informed me this is the ONLY way to receive a Red envelope for the Lunar New Year. I entered the APP and tried to order a meal but each time it kept going back to restart. Did this 10 times and still nothing. This is poor service and I never got my order in.
