Went for lunch and ordered the mild wings. They have really good flavor. Ordered shrimp and sirloin. Very very good! And I love the butter cake.
Hands down this has to be the best Outback Steakhouse in CT and MA. The service was outstanding. The food was excellent. Drinks were magnificent. The overall experience from the moment I entered to when I left was nothing but exceptional. This was not only for my service, but I noticed with all the other guests in the restaurant - they were all treated the same. Even the manager came by my table to see how things were. I totally recommend this location for Outback. Even the bartender had a slice of apple for my apple martini.
I hate to leave bad reviews but I would want someone to steer me clear to save my money so here is your flashing warning sign ⚠️ From walking in the doors, the floors were so sticky you could hear every single step (especially with all of 10 people inside). Whoever closed last night mopped with sugar water, not soap. The table top was sticky and the clear plastic protector was peeling up and sharp. R.I.P the sleeve of my jacket. After about 5 minutes of waiting I got petty I will absolutely admit it so I started a timer - another 8 minutes for a hello and a drink order. Pushing past being asked if we needed time with the menu as we had already been there almost 15 minutes - we order - appetizers. 26 minutes later we received all but 1 of our food orders ... luke warm at best. The manager brought out the final plate (wings) after another 5 minutes or so apologizing for such a long wait and the wings were on him as an apology. Fast forward to paying the bill - wings on the check - full price. Let me express this was our one last chance meal for Outback as we already had $20 in giftcards from a take away order that had been completely wrong. Outback has been a family favorite for years and even a job for myself years ago (back when servers SERVED their customers). Today I sadly say keep your money in your pocket and skip this restaurant. Your wallet, stomach, patience, and all over happiness will thank you.
We started eating before I remembered to take pictures. Have had steaks here and they are always good. Tonight I just wanted wings and salad. I was not disappointed. Wings were very tasty and my friend's chicken sandwich and chili were delicious (yes I took a taste too haha). Update: Sean, the Kitchen Manager, is amazing. My friend's order was a bit confusing and he came to our table to clarify. After we ate, he even came out to see if it was correct. It was! Outback has new grills that cook your order to perfection. My medium well Ribeye took 4 minutes to cook. I can't believe it was still juicy and actually cooked the way I wanted. Stop in and try it! You won't be disappointed.
It is not the first time I have gone to a restaurant of this brand, but unfortunately today I waited ONE HOUR for my food that never came to the table. I understand that a restaurant can be busy but I never had a logical explanation for my delay for my food. I have had a bad experience this time.
We made a last minute decision to stop in at Outback for dinner on 8/15/23. My niece and I had been before but not for many years. Food was great but our server Kesli was FANTASTIC! She was a superstar helping us with food recommendations and getting everything to us in a timely manner. She is an asset to your restaurant and I’d make sure you hang on to her! A valuable employee for sure.
I wasn't in the mood for steak so I ordered a loaded baked potato and coconut shrimp. My friend ordered the bloomin' onion and a steak. My loaded potato was not too loaded. A bit let down when it was brought to the table. Our server was excellent. Anya, I believe her name was. Very attentive and super nice!.
Our waitress, Kali, was fabulous. The food tasted great and came as ordered - mooing. Ample amount of parking; inside dining areas were clean. Service was fairly quick, about an hour from arrival to leaving for 2 people, and no wait list. The bathroom was clean, too.
