This review is a 3-star because of the single reason below. Our server was Lauren, and she was NOT the reason. Her service was perfect and refreshingly pleasant. Our drinks were never empty, and the order was 100% accurate. Sadly, we were never offered or received any bread, but since we did not want any, no stars were deducted from the review. The main reason for the 3-star review is that the men's room was filthy. Water all over the floor from a leaking toilet. Hardly any toilet paper left. Garbage all over the floor. It was disgusting, and this made me wary of the unseen kitchen. Because of this reason I will try Longhorn the next time I want steak.
The wife, son, and myself ate here on 05/20/2023. The server, I think was named Charles, was awesome 👌 He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of his game. He has leadership skills which is rare in today's world. Great attitude. The food was great as well. We normally don't eat at Outback, but after this experience, we will definitely return. I haven't eat here in a while, but I definitely see more Outback in my near future. They have really stepped up their game.
Let me start off by saying this was my first visit to this Outback location and I was blessed to have Sammy as my server..! She was so on point during my entire dinner visit, that not only was the food delicious, her aura to which she carries herself and interacts with her customers made this one of my best dining experiences anywhere..! She was attentive, personable, friendly, welcoming, witty and just a wholesome good person that this world needs more of. If you get a chance ask to sit in her section and I assure you that you'll be delighted and thankful as I was. Now to the food, I have over 2.7 million views on the food reviews I've done so I know a little something about food and service. I've already spoken about Sammy's impeccable service and the food I was served tonight was absolutely devine...! The bread was fresh out of the oven, the mac n cheese bites were delicious and the Prime Rib and Shrimp combo was absolutely, unbelievably so damn good..! The Prime Rib was so succulent and juicy that no au jus dipping sauce was needed. The shrimp were prepared and presented perfectly...! Great job by Sammy and overall great job by the entire staff at Warner Robins Outback Steakhouse..! I will be back when I'm in town again..!!!
I haven't been to Outback in a few years. On the night I went, the family decided here was the place. My baby didn't like the macaroni and cheese. No, she isn't a baby, but she is mine. My son was too crazy about his food. He said it needed a little more flavor. The burger was okay, nothing special. The steak was steak. The service could have been a whole lot better. Not enough attention was paid to drinks. We had a payment error. To sum it up, it wasn't a good dining experience. I will give it a while before I go back.
Oh. My. God. I came in within an hour of closing and that didn't stop the service one bit! Justin waited on us and I couldn't recommend him more. He's so much fun and great for feeling welcome. I have GOT to gush on the steak though. I ordered the 11oz sirloin with an added side of lobster tail and... I didn't even touch the tail until after the steak was completely demolished!! Perfectly seared while still being medium rare??? I wasn't expecting a ton because you know, it's late! Good steak is good steak, but this was so freaking good that I had to take a pic halfway through and write a review. It was only my second time here, but Holy Moly, it was so good!!!
The blooming onion was perfect. The wings were good. (appetizers). Entrees we’re not good at all. The steak and shrimp alfredo was awful. My daughter couldn’t eat hers..The worst $140 I ever spent. You need experienced cooks in your kitchen. Came from out of town. Cannot recommend this spot at this time.Not being a hater but advice to step up da game.
This was an enjoyable experience. The food was cooked properly and I found the food tasty. The Kookaburra wings were my favorite part of our experience and I must say the did cook my steak well done and properly the first time and it was not too dry mybshrimp was mostly cooked the tails felt cold so I just cut them off. My father inlaw and my wife both felt the onion soup was a little on the salty side. My family and our guest enjoyed our time with each other there. Especially my wife that absolutely loved her espresso martini. The kids food came with the appetizers as they should so cudos to the kitchen and wait staff as more and more resteraunts drop the ball on that lately. My kids and my wife and I definately appreciate it. We will be back again. Thank us later!
Chad and Emma tonight we’re amazing! Courteous, kind, efficient, and served excellently -all with a smile! It’s great when even the kids notice and praised them! The food was delicious and cooked to perfection for each of us! Service was fast!
