I have eaten at many Outback restaurants across the country. I have never had a problem at any of them. However, this is the worst restaurant I have ever experienced! When we arrived and we were seated our server approached us. His electronic pad was giving him trouble, and he had no clue as to what to do. I suggested getting a pen, and paper and taking our order that way. I explained to him, that it was how you improvise. He took our drink order. We also ordered a Blooming Onion as an appetizer. My wife's drink came out first, and then I waited on mine. We both had ordered lemonade so that didn't make any sense. Then we sat a good 45, or 50 minutes without bread, or a Blooming Onion. In fact the Blooming Onion never did come out. The waiter kept apologizing, and saying, "Can you feel me"? When our food finally arrived at the table, my food had so much seasoning on it, I couldn't eat it. We finally did get bread half way into our meal. Since we didn't get the Blooming Onion, we asked that it be taken off of our bill. The waiter responded by saying, "I will ask, but I am not sure that it can be taken off". I promise you, after what we had been through, the price of the Blooming Onion was removed. It actually took us nearly 2 hours to be able to complete our meal and leave. And the restaurant was not crowded. I would never eat here again.

Great food and service. Xavier was an amazing server. The new Aussie menu limited time is very good.i had the Chinook ribs and they were Amazing. The $7 drink specials are a good deal and the spicy mango margarita hit the spot. I will be back.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was great! Our server Eric was amazing. I have been here twice and the food has always been great just LOOK AT THE WINGS btw you should definitely try.Shout out to the head shift leader!

Had a wonderful dinner at our local Outback Steakhouse in Valdosta Ga! Our server Eric was phenomenal! Courteous and attentive! The manager Mike was greeting all patrons and was very knowledgeable about the history of this restaurant! Very impressive! Now to the food. I had the ribeye with grilled shrimp, loaded baked potato and house salad with tangy tomato dressing. My other half had the Dover chicken and ribs, with loaded baked potato and broccoli. The food was outstanding! Topped it off with a nice Rose for me and a Sam Adams for him! Thanks Outback Steakhouse and all your staff for making this such a wonderful evening!

Stopped in hungry as a hound and when we pulled off the highway. We have not been to an Outback in years so we thought we would give them a chance. Our server Bulla restored my faith in Outback warm, welcoming and friendly. We got our food fast and it was delicious. 14/10

The food was delicious. Everything came out in a timely matter. Our sever Nashaly was very pleasant and helpful. She took the time to explain in details the ingredients Of the food. since it was my first time eating at Outback. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable young lady when it came to the menu. Definitely will eat there again and request she’d be my server. Thank you PS… I love your bread

Much improved from the past! Eric, our server, was great! He had the right amount of interaction without being intrusive. You could tell he enjoyed working here. One of the managers, Mike, checked up on us at the beginning of our visit and again at the end. It is obvious that the new proprietor has created a culture of excellence and teamwork with his staff. The food was excellent and came out at the appropriate times. All in all, this was the best experience we have had here in a long time. Eric, Mike and the rest of the crew made this a very good experience and we will be back soon because of it.

Absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe that the shrimp tastes microwaved and it’s too spicy I can’t eat it..seriously I thought I was going to choke. The baked potatoes once again are not done.the bread is hard as a rock. The chips are burnt, seriously they have to do better. Im not going back. The cheesesteak dip is not worth the price at all. Im so disappointed it’s not funny. It’s now too late to call and complain tonight even though I just got back to my house. I seriously want to scream. Almost $59 for 2 meals and a appetizer. I’m done with these Valdosta restaurants, they’ve all gone downhill. Its not ok to half do the food.
