User Reviews

Pretty amazing, for a chain restaurant. My recommendation is the Toowoomba Shrimp over Salmon. It was honestly an amazing entree with medium spicy sauce over sauteed shrimp, mushrooms and a salmon filet. So delicious. If anything, slightly salty, but I would definitely recommend and would order again.

Very good! The Mac and Cheese balls were probably my favorite! Our server, Hunter, was extremely polite and helpful! Probably one of the better servers I've ever encountered. I would return again just for the great service!

Thoroughly excellent experience. Great food, personable and friendly staff, quick service, and and inviting atmosphere. Only took a photo of our desert (which is definitely recommended too)!

Always love the Outback. The service at the Burlington location was awesome, (again, as always. I am a bit saddened by what is happening to one of my favorite appetizers; the Ahi tuna. Used to be served on a long plate, with stalks of Romaine lettuce, and the two sauces. I'm okay with the fact that they've done away with the green sauce (i think everyone liked the orange-y colored sesame sauce best) but the plate is smaller. They slowly edited out the lettuce. Then one sauce. Now, you get the tuna resting on some type of wilted slaw, with a tart thousand-island style dressing on it, that clashes with the tuna dipping sauce. The tuna itself seems to have dropped in quality over time (in various locations, in multiple states, over the last several years). Now the sesame sauce on this visit also seemed slightly different. Instead of a brighter, clean "yum-yum"-color, it had a sort of greyed down appearance, and taste... SORT of like it normally does... But not like I always looked forward to. Someone in the corporate offices is making the deadly decision to increase profits by dropping quality. This is always a huge mistake. People would always rather pay a tad more for top quality, I think. This visit was fine. I hope it stays fine, or even gets better!

The food was okay, waitress very nice but it took an hour and 45 minutes to get our orders. There were only five of us at the table. Not going again any time soon.

Very disappointing dinner. Waited over an hour to receive our food after ordering. When food came there was a moldy lemon. Will not be returning.

While I can't deny the food is phenomenal and worth every bite, I have a big problem with this location. I go there rarely and decided to as a treat this evening. I had to wait nearly half an hour from the time I was sat until my server came by. She apologized and promised me excellent service from that moment on. I'm sorry to say that didn't happen. A large party was seated right next to me after I'd placed my order. Same server. The large party received their drinks and appetizers before I got my drink. Some time later than should be usual, the manager comes out and apologized again for my poor service and tells me he's giving me a 50% discount. When my plate is clear, I end up waiting again before the manager comes back and clears the table himself. The last time I was at this location, I was seated for an hour before I realized no one had come by (I was engrossed in a book and hadn't noticed the time). The manager stopped my on the way out and begged me to stay with the offer of a free meal. Sure, I've gotten some nice perks out of lousy service, but is it worth it? No, I'm afraid not.

I didn't like the dish I chose but the waiter was awesome, comped it, only charged us for 2 meals after my husband ordered a different steak because his was a little too rare but I didn't mind so I ate it. My husband didn't leave a tip which has been eating me away since last week. Service might have been a bit slow but they were busy and no matter what you always tip your server. He was lovely and sweet and comped one of the things we ordered. I enjoyed my time and good food and wish I could apologize to our server for my husband not having any class or manners. Get the berry martini's because they are absolutely fantastic
