Matthew our waiter was really great. Matthew made our experience awesome. Made sure are order was correct but also making sure we were happy with it. Would be nice if Outback gave option for potatoes without skin.
I didn't know they had so many tasty options. I haven't been to one of these since I was a kid. It was delicious and I've been there 3 times so far... still can't wait to try a steak! Wait staff has been awesome each time too! I don't do mixed drinks usually, but had a couple here and they were great.
I want so say they have a server named Isabel. She is a great waitress!! She attended us very well from the beginning to the end. She made sure our meal was okay, constantly offered if there was anything we needed. She was very nice and shows she cares for her customers and work. Great food and atmosphere.
Loved the atmosphere, the service was the greatest, the server John Maddox was very friendly and fast! I highly recommend the bloomin chicken sandwich. All in all this was a good dining experience for my friends and I.
I sat at the bar, i ordered my food and some drinks. The bartender had a fantastic personality and made sure my food was exactly what I ordered when it arrived. My drink was always full. Anjeanette was great and attentive during my visit. I hope I she is working the next time I come back.
Me and my grandmother had a wonderful server by the name of Brittany, she had a bubbly personality, she didn’t bother us too much which is why our family never goes out anymore. Out of every outback experience this one was the best one yet because of how attentive and friendly our server was that night. Don’t get me started on the service, I couldn’t put it on a scale if I wanted to. 10/10 would recommend Brittany to anyone who walks through that door looking for a great night and amazing food. Thank you to Brittany and to the chefs who prepared our meal.
My wife and I ate there on 07/21/2023, and we beyond satisfied. Front the host at the front door to the waitress, everybody was very polite and accommodating. Our waitress demonstrated the perfect balance of ensuring our needs were met, and not hovering over us and making us uncomfortable. When our food arrived, that is where the real magic happened. Both of our steaks were cooked to perfection. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, tender, and even the presentation was remarkable. I could not have found a flaw with any part of the meal or service. After finishing our meal, I spoke with the waitress to inform her of our satisfaction and asked her to please let her manager and cook know how pleased we were. Both the manager and cook visited our table and were very polite and appreciative of our reviews. I even asked the waitress if I could tip the cook as well. Since we paid with a card, she asked us how much we wanted to leave him, and then we added that to the total. She then took that out of her cash tips and delivered it to him in front of us. Though I enjoyed my meal so much I found it difficult to stop eating when I was full, I left the restaurant miserably satisfied. I may have had the meat sweats from being too full, but it was absolutely worth it. This was likely the best steak I have had from any restaurant in over 10 years. It is a real shame I can only give 5 stars, as many more stars are deserved! Excellent experience all around!
The food was great, the steaks were good sized. I loved the strawberry lemonade! The blooming fried shrimp were also good. The only thing that I did not like was the baked potato. It lacked flavor. Maybe I could have asked for more butter.
