The service was great, atmosphere is a little plain and boring and the food was good, not great. Filet & Lobster was not worth the menu price (@$35). Filet was thin, but cooked to my liking and the lobster was just ok. Overall not a bad dinner, but I will go somewhere else when I crave Filet & Lobster.
Food was fantastic! Had the grilled chicken on the barbie. Seasoned perfectly and so juicy! Broccoli had great flavor! Our server, Kristen, was very attentive and made us feel at home. Will definitely be coming back!
Ordered for delivery and I asked for a loaded baked potato and an 8oz steak with ceaser salad and paid over $20 for a very small baked potato with just a little bit of stuff in a small cup. The ceaser salad was small. It's my last time ordering from here. Ripped me off big time.
Food was decent, service was slow and unprofessional. 10 minutes after my boyfriend’s food came to the table I had to ask the waitress about my food and she appeared to have no clue! The waitress was slow, no sense of urgency, and really non-existent in our dining experience. I was never offered a refill on my drink. To end this horrible experience the waitress brings our paper and electronic bill with 2 different dollar amounts owed. The paper bill was 10 dollars less then the electronic bill. Needless to say, the waitress printed wrong receipt.
The staff was superb!!! We celebrated my mother's 76th Birthday which was a party of 30. The service was timely, the food was fresh and as ordered. The atmosphere was simply amazing. Thanks again to the managers & staff👏👏
First time being there. Love the food. That atmosphere was nice. The server help me with my order and everything costs a reasonable price
It had been years since we last went to an Outback Steakhouse but, I wanted to go again as I remembered their food being always well seasoned and delicious. Our trip to the Outback in Orange Park definitely didn't disappoint! I ordered the prime rib dinner and my wife had shrimp and sirloin steak and my daughter ordered a hamburger. I also decided to order a frozen "rita" from their $7 drink menu. I have to say that this margarita was one of the best that I've had since I can remember. They managed to mix the drink just right with it not being overly boozy allowing you to actually taste the drink. When it came to the taste of the food, Outback definitely didn't disappoint. The mushroom appetizer was super juicy and flavorful and the ranch sauce made it that much better. The prime rib was seasoned to the point of perfection. The cooks working that day really knew how to bring out the flavor of the food. So many other steak restaurants around here just don't put much effort into seasoning beyond a bit of salt and pepper but Outback has always done a good job with going beyond just basic ingredients to take their food to the next level. Our waitress, Jade, was one of the most kind and sincere person that we have ever met since we moved here to the area. She was genuinely sweet and actually cared about her customers. She made the whole experience feel like we were having dinner at a friend's house rather than a restaurant. Definitely like a breath of fresh air compared to the service we have received at other restaurants in the area. Overall, I was super impressed with my experience at this restaurant and look forward to returning soon. Thank you Jade for making our first trip to Outback in Orange Park an awesome experience!
Had a great time, Angel was a great help and my daughters even got free ice cream!
