I wish I had searched the reviews before coming here for the last meal I’m going to have with my family in a while. Sweet manager and sweet staff but an absolute wreck of a restaurant. Walked in, was told that they can’t sit us until they have enough silverware… the restaurant was borderline empty, we came an hour and half before closing and understand short staffing but not enough silverware!? They even turned people away after us.. We finally got sat and it took us nearly and hour and half to get our food, when it did come out it was all mixed up so we had to swap items. And to top it off, my steak was on the borderline of being cold. The shrimp was rubbery, cold and over cooked. And half of the sirloin I ordered was FAT. 70% of the steak was fat. The rest was gamey. People at my table felt the same about theirs as well but mine was worse. The manager was sweet and I sent my order back and she took it off, but that poor meal almost cost me a WHOPPING $30.. Not to mention that upon leaving, we were directed to go out the side door because they locked the front door with a …. Bunjee cord…. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ ruined the meal and ruined the last evening I had with my family in regards to food. Such a disappointment of a restaurant that I once loved

Despite some earlier negative reviews, our experience here was decent. The biggest negative was the wait. We called about an hour and a half ahead to see if they could accommodate a party of ten. Despite arriving at the time they asked us to, it still took an additional hour to get seated. Everything else was wonderful. Friendly service, quick food delivery; food was hot and tasted good. I believe the restaurant is short-staffed for waiters and waitresses. Not entirely their fault. It’s hard to find and hire reliable workers these days. Overall a decent visit, once the long wait was over.

Hmmm.... our server just seemed a bit aggressive. I've never seen someone force a refill into another glass so hard, lol. He kinda jumped the gun when we ordered and ran off before we finished. The appetizers were great. I would always suggest a bloomin onion or cheese fries from them. Top notch always. Anything else from the menu is ifffy. Steak ordered mid rare was still mooing....the blooming onion burger sucked. Their seasoning is too strong for a burger I think. Wifey got the Alice Springs chicken and it was just sloppy. If a server sees your food has not been touched they should ask if there was an issue. No such luck. I guess the service really can make a difference as I would not back to this location necessarily. Especially when there are so many great local places in the area. Sorry Outback.

Matty was my server today. He was extremely attentive, i never even had to ask for drink refills he was just on top of it. I got a salad but forgot to mention i was gluten free and he fixed it and brought me a new one so quickly without a problem. Definitely ask for him when you come in here!!

had to wait a long time for the food. but it was worth it! heavy steak seasoning but def enjoyable. our server nick was amazing!! he was so funny and attentive. we’re now diner reward members and we’ll def be back! ask for nick he has long hair :)

We ordered NY steak with baked potato- 1/2 of the steak was fat inedible , the potato was old and cold . The chicken wings were so salty we could not eat them - we spent $100 between that and other items and it was wasted money - I called to speak to the manager and nobody answered the phone - we are 12 minutes away so I don’t want to drive back. I don’t recommend this place. Last year it was excellent .Not sure what happened here

Each item ordered was very well prepared. Server was working the bar as well as working the tables. She still provided satisfactory attention to us. Drinks refilled when needed in a timely manner.

There were a couple of things that didn’t measure up to our previous experience at this particular Outback. But instead of detailing those I’d like to comment on our server. It was obvious that she was new at the work, but she did a great job taking care of us. My young granddaughter loves prime rib, but doesn’t like things heavily seasoned. She declined when the server asked if the special seasoning was wanted. But I could see the disappointment on my granddaughter’s face when she got her meal with lots of seasonings on the meat. Our server also noticed the look and immediately offered to try and fix things. Granddaughter was served another prime rib that she liked much better. I feel like other staff must have been involved with trying to make things right. Thanks to all and especially our server who I think was Tatiana.
