Not a busy night. Was seated immediately. Took 20 minutes to get the drinks. Asked for bread. After another 10 minutes we get to order. Another 20 minutes pass until the next visit by the waitress. We get the privilege to order drinks again after we get our food. A simple order of draft beer took over 20 minutes to be acknowledged. I have traveled this country for 16 years and NEVER have I received such laxidasical service. Go to a local restaurant and stay away from this chain.
This was one of the worst experiences we've ever had! When we came in, we specifically told the manager our daughter had food allergies and he told us everything would be taken care of, but it was not. They sat us with the new girl who did not seem to understand allergies, and we sat there and watched the manager go by every table except ours asking how everything was. We waited a very long time for our food and our daughter ended up feeling sick afterwards. Her food was not cooked plain but instead was very spicy and she couldn't even eat much if it, thankfully I guess since it made her sick anyway. Would not recommend this place if you have any type of allergy! Poor service, bad food!
Service was beyond perfect! My steak wasn't made right at first and my server without me even saying that I wanted to get it fixed got the manager and he was very nice to get me a new sirloin. Our server Diane was very helpful and kind.
Worst service and meal I've had in years. The waitress began by telling me I couldn't have something cooked the way I wanted it. So I changed my order to a salad. Then another person came by and ask how I wanted the original order cooked. She never asked if I wanted for sides. The salad was the only thing they didn't mess up. The meat was still undercooked and one side was missing. Then the manager came by and told me I didn't get the side because I ordered the salad. I only ordered the salad in the first place because they argued with me about my first choice. What ever happened to "the customer is always right"? On top of all that, they made no attempt to make it right. I suggest skipping this outback.
Have always loved Outback. This particular location was Not up to Par. Staff acted disoriented, and dining area was NOT clean. Floor was unswept and the booth we were sat @ was not cleaned. Food was on the seats. When waiter brought out fresh bread he placed the old bread with the new USING his hands.
Walked in got out seat and was there 10 or 15 min the bartender came over that was waiting the tables took our drink order mine had something in it and i ask what it was she said a seed seat my water on the bar we waited another 15 min she never came back over but she waited on the guy at the bar so we just left. Worst waitress i have ever had.
Service was terrible my steak that I ordered medium came out well down and burnt on outside. Sent it back and it took them 30 minutes to prepare another. My family was already getting up and starting to leave when my food finally came out.
The waiter showed absolutely no interest in his job and seemed like he'd rather be in a funeral home. Then we got our steak and it was overcooked. Definitely not worth even half of what we paid (which was way too much). Terrible.
