Upon arrival I knew they were busy! I sat alone at the bar and was welcomed like family by bartender Wendy, who I immediately saw working super hard already but did not fail to provide me with great customer service. My food was taking a little long as expected b/c of volume, but they were indeed busy after just serving a 15 top. I know because bartender Wendy and the manager, Chris, were both very close involved with my order! Overall guest satisfaction is 5 of 5!! Recovery was amazing and it was nice to have the manager Chris personally bring me my food and explain the situation! I would definitely recommend and come back to this location! Sorry about the picture of food already dug into, it was great despite the wait!!
Showed up on a Monday around 6- with 6 people and was sat instantly! Our server & server in training, Morgan & Alexis were wonderful! Very attentive and got everything we needed/asked for. Food was prepared well, except they always put too much dressing on their Caesar salad, and for the price isn’t super extreme. Overall, really decent place for dinner!
Really disappointing! Our burgers were not cooked to the correct order and we were given very small portions of fries. We never received drink refills except for when it was time to leave, but I will say our waitress was very nice and working her rear end off. The two stars are for the bread.
This location of Outback is considerably better than the one in Asheville. This is my second time at an Outback this month (May 2023 - the other in Hickory), and I have yet to be disappointed… like ever. Start with a loaf of bread and a blooming onion if you want your taste buds to go to heaven - which they did in my personal experience. And screw the high prices! Get a ribeye steak for crying out loud! Mine tested amazing despite getting a medium-cooked steak that defied my expectations on a rare steak. Want grilled shrimp on the barbie? Get it! It’s to die for! Loaded mashed potatoes? They might be bland but that’s the point - don’t go to salty on everything! When there’s an opportunity for Outback, get it! And don’t talk to me if you never had a blooming onion!
From seating to leaving was almost 1.5 hours. Our server had 10 seated tables so even though she did her job well, everything was incredibly slow. We had to ask for more bread and refills. For the price of the food and the length of the wait, we probably won't come back until they get things straightened out. Start with less seated tables per server.
Don't go here. Food was not terrible but nothing to make me want to go back. Service was terrible. No drink refills, saw waitress once after food was delivered and that was when meal was almost over. Bathrooms no toilet paper and towels. Place wasn't half occupied and now I see why. Save your $70 for dinner.
From the moment I sat down to the moment we left we felt so welcomed and loved. Makenna was our server and she just welcomed us in with her big smile and continued to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed, even when she forgot about it and called herself out in it, she still did it with a smile. 10/10 recommend Makenna to anyone wanting to have a great service experience.
Best Outback experience we have had in months! Service was excellent as was the food! Zack was our primary waiter and made sure everything was to our satisfaction and as ordered. However we counted 4 other wait staff that brought drinks, appetizers and food to our table so that it was as quick as possible and hot! Thanks for the excellence! It’s refreshing to see in today’s market and world! :)
