Horrible service, was told by our server they were microwaving our sides and they would be out soon. Nothing was cooked to the temps we asked for. The server did not remove one dirty plate, glass or even our menus from the table. I will not be back it was the most horrible dining experience. Oh and when I asked for a corporate number to call the server got an attitude and screamed you got a problem. Spend your money some place else.

I've been to Outback a few times. Only once was I dissatisfied with the food. My steak arrived well done, and I wanted medium. They apologized and humbly replaced it with the steak cooked the way I like it. The steak, lobster tail, sweet potato were delicious. The shrimp was "ok". I love their service. Most of the time service is slow, but I assume it's due to the time it takes to freshly cook a steak and/or how many customers vs cooks/ servers are available. I salute them for having excellent servers. Of course I can tell the difference when there's someone new to the job, as a customer I try to be extra patience with them and show them I am grateful for their service. Management was excellent each time I went. I have went to expensive restaurants as well. Their service was just as slow, but the wait was worth my while! My biggest compliant is that I need coupons or discounts (besides the blooming onions) so I can afford to go there more often!!

We stopped going here about 2 years ago because of the food quality, but we got a gift card and went back today. The service is perfect in all ways. The problem is the cooks do not know how to cook a steak right at all. We ordered one medium and one medium well and they both were so well done their knives would barely cut them. I have to thank my server she was great and made it were I didn't get mad but just said to myself I will not go back again to this location.

Came for dinner with my wife and daughter. A great experience. We each had prime rib, salad and a cheese fondue to start. The courses came out evenly paced and our bar drinks were refilled quickly. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable. The restaurant was clean and somewhat busy. The bathrooms were clean, which is important when there's a three-year-old involved. Great place for a nice meal.

Service was terrible. Had to get a manager to take our order because our server was too busy visiting with coworkers and cleaning dirty tables off. We got our food and it would have been great if the server would have ordered our steaks right...he put mine as well and my husband's as med rare, which is exact opposite of what we wanted. Got our bill and was charged for 3 soft drinks and a beer...only had 1 tea and 1 beer. Won't be going back!

If you like ridiculous amounts of pepper, this is the place to go! My wife and I each got a steak. Mine was drowning in pepper, but I dipped it in my sauce and dealt with it. My wife also complained about the pepper on her steak, but also dealt with it. We ordered our 1 year old a hamburger. He took one bite, started crying, and refused to eat anymore of it. We both tried a bite of the burger and all we could taste was pepper. It was disgusting! The only reason I am giving it to stars is because after we told the manager about our son's burger, she had a new one made for our son. After some convincing, he took a bite and liked it.

I went to this location yesterday for lunch with my family and it was the absolute worst decision I have ever made. I server was extremely slow, when asked if I could speak with the manager she or he never came out to speak with us and just looked at us from a distance. Then when asked about our unusually long hold times to the server since the manager would not come out we received a defensive response. This is without a doubt my first and last time visiting outback. I would not recommend anyone having to go through the service we received yesterday. The food was just average compared to pricing. Applebees would have been a better choice

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is by far the worst dining experiences I've had in some time. I didn't get to eat, so I can't comment on the food. My partner and I waited 45 minutes or more for a table. It's Sunday, so I understand wait times can be pretty lengthy...But.. there were tables available all around us and neither the manager or the greeter took the opportunity to seat us or any of the other guests waiting. Another customer made a complaint and strangely, tables for everyone became available. After being seated, the manager used the greeter as her scapegoat, saying that the greeter had told her we had only been waiting 15 minutes. She didn't even acknowledge us being overlooked for almost an hour. Simply apathetic. If there is a district manager reading this, an audit should be done immediately. At leat five families walked out before us. It may have been extremely busy throughout the day, considering it's graduation Sunday. .. but that has nothing to do with giving great customer service. Well, we're at Longhorn now. . Hope we have better luck here!
