I have to say I was very impressed with this Outback Steakhouse. I decided I’d give this one to try because most of them I don’t know it seems like my food is always cooked wrong or something is wrong with it. But this location it was perfect from the bread to the Porterhouse steak I with the lobster tail on the side and the loaded mashed potatoes. It was completely flavorful and delicious. I will be back to this one and the server I didn’t catch his name wait I just found it on the receipt Robert H , I think he went above, and beyond what he needed to and I’m thankful for that, because that gave me a little bit more of a better experience coming to here
It definitely is worth treating yourself to some delectable eats from time to time. The ribs were juicy, tender and slid right off the bone. The atmosphere was decent, not too loud, and service was done in a timely manner.
This was my first time to this location. I will not be returning. It has been eons since I have eaten at this establishment. Now, I remember why I didn't like dining here. I ordered 12 oz ribeye steak well done (it was burnt and completely dried out and flatten), baked potato with butter and green onions (It was way too soft and mushy to the texture, could taste that it was boiled or something), a wedge salad (too saturated with the blue cheese and not sure if the dark sauce was balsamic dressing but I didn't like the taste of it). Since my friend's paid the bill I didn't want to complain about my food. I am also that person who doesn't like to send food back. I feel sick to my stomach because the entire meal is not sitting well with me. I did it out of respect for my friend's because this was our Christmas dinner together. As a collective, we will not be returning to this establishment. We couldn't say anything about our meal to each other. Usually, we would be going on and on about how good our meal is tasting. Even tasting each other's dishes. Neither one of us offered our dish to each other. That was not "us" at all. Service was okay. She appeared then disappeared. My drink was empty for too long and I wasn't pleased with that at all. Eating steak that dried out was hard to swallow it dry. My friends didn't finish their food either but our statements about the steak was the same. It's a shame to pay such a high price for a steak and receive less than for it. Overall, we were greeted with a smile and kindness from the hostesses. That helps a lot whenever you are dining out. Not too happy for this outing. It was a disappointment to me. I am feeling bad that my friend's paid for me. Oh well, it's done and over with. Happy dining 😋
The staff is very friendly. They know me when I come in. They know what I like to order. The quality of the food is top notch! Kaitlyn and Robert are great bartenders and treat us like family.
First time going here as a family we had Miranda as our waitress she was friendly and constantly making sure we were taken cared of the food was great my alcohol drink was sweet and sour and my kids loved the food they chose my husband got the lobster and steak we will be back we got a large booth that fit five of us and the ambience was chill and calm , for two adults and three kids we spent 210$ and we will be back again
HUGE shout out to our waitress Madison!! We came to dinner last night for my birthday. From the moment we were seated we instantly knew we were going to have a wonderful experience. Madison greeted us with genuine kindness and a pleasant upbeat attitude. It truly felt like she was welcoming us and ready to make our experience eating out what it should be. So many times people go out to eat and the service is nonexistent and the food quality is unexceptional. NOT this time. She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. She was accommodating to our requests and pleasantly offered items that were somewhat out of the norm (she sold us the sharks for my kids, got me a bigger bowl for my salad so I can mix my chicken well in it, and even sold us big ranches to go). We always had our beverages refilled in a timely manner and our food was beyond fabulous. Everything tasted great, the music was at a good volume, temperature in the restaurant was comfortable, and wow did Madison really make my birthday dinner special. She truly makes a difference in the customers experience. Thank you Madison for everything!
Today 6-27-23 went to the Outback on 56 and Bell Rd for my son's birthday. We had the most amazing customer from Miranda. She checked on us often and remembered everything we wanted and not forgotten anything. It's True... She has a great memory and great sense of humor. Next time we go we are going to ask for you, Miranda. And not to forget the best grill cooks Feyla and Samuel! Omg ribeye, filet mignon, and sirloin steaks were beyond perfect!!! My ribeye steak was the best I ever had so far. Keep on grilling like that and we be there more often haha. To the GM of the restaurant please give these people Miranda, Feyla, and Samuel recognition for their amazing talents!!!! I will refer this location to everyone 🙂!!!!
We took the family here to try something different. There was ready a wait come 5pm on Saturday. The staff were super friendly. Our server was slow and struggled to keep drinks filled. The food was okay nothing too amazing. The blackberry martini was my favorite drink.My mother enjoyed the blueberry desert pear burst. The raspberry lemon drop was made way too strong could appreciate anything when all I tasted was vodka. The kids enjoyed their meals.I had the filet mignon and lobster tail. The steak was cooked right which is great since I prefer blue. They messed up my house salad which was ridiculous. The hubby had the sirloin and strip and didn't care for it. The steak was bland and the shrimp were caked with seasoning. Can't say we would make it a point to come here again.
