This Outback is extremely underrated and needs recognition. Everything from the food to the service is just spot on and stellar! I ordered a 9 oz. Filet with Potato Soup and fries as a main, and Mac bites as an appetizer for me and my dad to share. They were all delicious. My dad got the bloomin chicken with Clam Chowder and loved it. I also noticed that this restaurant has not been remodeled yet, and is of the older variety, which is a great thing in my books. You get the feeling on nostalgia and childhood memories. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The manager, Aaron was especially nice as well. Since I am a fan of Outback and I’m a memorabilia collector, I called them in interest for some fixtures. Aaron was super understanding about this situation and saw how passionate I was. He is super knowledgeable and was really the highlight of this review, so special shout-out to him and thank you to the Outback team in Foothill Ranch. You guys are amazing. I would rate this restaurant 6 stars if I could.

The bread was great! The potato soup was delicious (although I requested NO bacon, and it had bacon). Once I scraped the bacon off the soup, it was delicious. My husband thought the clam chowder was just 'OK', it needed help. He had the spicy meatloaf with mashed potatoes, he said the meatloaf was mushy, the texture and lack of flavor was like baby food, the topping was flavorful but not the Meatloaf itself. I had a 12 oz ribeye steak. Unfortunately, it was 8 oz. of fat and absolutely flavorless, no seasoning at all! (Certainly not worth $30!) I wound up asking for horseradish to help it. Overall, it was a very big disappointment 😕 The restaurant was clean, the service was good, and the staff was friendly. I was disappointed that the server automatically applied my dine rewards to this check, I like to save them up as a REWARD and take a friend to lunch. The bathroom was clean but in need of some minor repairs. The faucets are old and crumbling,

Awesome experience. I drive by this place on a daily basis, so we decided to come in today for lunch. At was about 1 pm on a Friday afternoon. Restaurant was not busy at all, the hostess in front greeted as with a big smile, which was nice! We followed her to our seats almost right away. Plenty of booths to choose from. Our waiter’s name was Mauricio Silva, such a cool dude. Big smiles, very friendly, helpful, and attentive. We had a nice chat with him since he had a bit of time. Our order was ready quickly, since there weren’t that many people inside the restaurant. They had maybe about 4-6 tables going, plus a few at the bar section. The brown bread was so delicious, we couldn’t get enough of it, but had to save space for the main entree. Their bread never disappoints. I had the full rack of ribs, meat was really tender, full of flavor, and the fries were nice and crunchy! My wife ordered the prime rib sandwich and she liked it too. We also saved space for the dessert! Warm brownie with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate fudge topping. Sooooo good!! This place it’s good for groups, dates, or you can just fly solo! Every surface is sticky. The Bloomin' Onion is a classic and still tastes great, but has seen a reduction in size. I absolutely cannot recommend the new Prime Rib Sandwich. It was disgusting. The meat is hard and leathery, tasting like it had sat out for a few days and been reheated over and over until someone ordered it. The Bloomin' Chicken sandwich was decent, but the spicy pickles were a bit much. I can't say anything has improved here since my last visit where 5/5 steaks were improperly prepared and had to be sent back more than once.

From the moment we arrived, Lizbeth made us feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. She provided exceptional service throughout our meal, taking the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for the food and drinks available helped us make some excellent choices. Throughout the meal, Lizbeth was attentive and thoughtful, regularly checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. She was quick to refill our drinks and clear our plates, always with a smile on her face. Her personable and approachable nature made our dining experience even more enjoyable. On top of all that, Lizbeth went above and beyond to make our meal extra special. She took the time to accommodate our specific requests and ensured that our food was cooked perfectly. She even surprised us with a complimentary dessert, which was a wonderful touch! Overall, our experience at Outback was fantastic, and Lizbeth played a significant role in making it so enjoyable. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. Thank you, Lizbeth, for making our evening so memorable!

First the hostess was super nice, then Antony was amazing and patient and always friendly and smiling, I highly recommend this place .. keep up the good work guys 👍🏻

My crab legs had zero crab in them. My Porterhouse Steak was undercooked. It was raw and slimy on the filet side. It looked like it had been already chewed. Disgusting! The caesar salad's dressing isn't the greatest? I felt completely ripped off. I hate when that happens.
