We have gone to this location for more than 10 years. We understand the tradeoffs in food quality and service compared to high priced alternatives. Never have we been this disappointed! The $38 bottle of wine arrived with the cork half lifted, the cork puller still attached. The waitress placed the two glasses and bottle on the table for us to finish the job. She literally did not know what to to. Not acceptable training! It went downhill from there. I've had the Ahi Tuna many times before and the one that arrived was not like any of the others before. Dehydrated around the edges with a distinct green sheen. Instead, I opted for a salad, which was not exactly fresh either. See pic. As to the "Barrel Cut" filet mignon, it wasn't. It was a tender tail. We did like the bread and butter though.

The food was superb, as always. The Service was outstanding, considering we did carry-out. We didn't order until we got there. We gave the waitress our order and she was very helpful. It was quick and easy. We had a $50 gift card, so I only had to shell out $19.

Seriously the best service I have ever had. From the wonderful hostess to my incredible server Stuart, I was blown away by the food, service, and experience. I can in hungry, tired and exhausted from a long day of traveling and the meal I had tonight really saved the day so I can make my long 2 hour drive from the airport. Philip the manager was excellent too and I truly can’t thank you enough. This will be my go to place to eat when I’m in town. Many thanks 🙏

Our first visit to an Outback since before the pandemic. We visited during late afternoon, and it wasn't too busy when we ordered. We shared a Blooming Onion, and a single entree of Sirloin Steak and Alice Springs chicken. Food was better than we remembered, and we particularly enjoyed the Strawberry and Pecan salad (worth the upgrade cost). We ended up taking enough food home for one of us to have another meal. (We're elderly and don't eat as much as we used to.). On top of all that, we used a coupon for a free appetizer and our 10% AARP discount, which made the cost very reasonable.

Our server Allen was phenomenal. Not just efficient but warm and friendly. As a matter of fact, the entire team seems to really enjoy working for Outback! Phil, the manager, was also funny and engaging.

Probably one of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant. Service and the food was outstanding and the owner even came around and was sincere in ensuring we enjoyed our time. You won't be disappointed!

WE were greeted by Sarah, hostess. Very nice, didn't like being put in a booth between a large party, and by door. Moved us. Sat a good 5-7 minutes with no one to even stop n say I'll be right with you. Told Sarah. Manager Jennifer came n got us going. Complimentary appetizer. Ethan L. Was great! Awesome server! Kudos to the whole team, including the busser! I would definitely become a regular with this awesome team! Thank you Ethan, Jennifer, and Sarah for doing a very hands on, Personable dining experience. That does not happen often!

My husband and I had an amazing time! Both the Managers and the staff made me feel at ease about my food allergies, and my strange questions. I felt like I was at a Michelin star restaurant for the service we got. Highly recommend this Outback steakhouse to anyone who is looking for impeccable service and good food that is well priced!
