I usually get a great service here, but today was disappointing. We ordered 3 orders of blooming onions and one came out very small (about half the size). We could obviously tell one was very small compare to other two. I asked the waitress and she said nothing they can do about it just the onion came out small. It was very hard to understand that they cannot check and change the onion size before they fry them? First picture is the small one and second one is the size of the other two (how we usually get it).
Went this past Saturday basically food was horrible. My baby back ribs were nothing but fat. Lacked no taste whatsoever. Blooming onion was very small and fell apart when we started to eat it. We told the manager on duty she said she would take care of my ribs but nothing was done. Just an overall bad experience except our server she was very nice. Not sure we will be back very disappointed for what we paid.
If i could give a 0 star I would. Went for dinner last night with 3 others. Waited a long time before anyone waited on us. Then they served our drinks in Styrofoam cups with no explanation. Tables that were seated after us was waited on before us. Finally took our order and waited over an hour for food and that was after the we asked for the Manager. It was awful service. Will never eat there again. The manager comped the meal but by that time we were too upset to eat.
Went this past Saturday and they were pretty busy which was kind of expected that's why we got on the list. We were told it would be 5- 10 min when we arrived. Bread and onion was brought to the table rather quick but the rest of the food took atleast 45 minutes. I ordered the baby back ribs which aren't suppose to have alot of fat that was pretty much all they were. They were awful. I told the manager and she said she would take them off but that wasn't done. My husband ordered the steak and the Alice Springs chicken. The chicken was maybe the size of a half dollar. The amount we paid for this meal was ridiculous compared to what we got. Our server was great but we won't be back anytime soon.....
We were given a $50 gift card, so we stopped in for dinner. Chose the porterhouse cooked medium. It was more like a t-bone cooked medium rare. Very little filet left on the bone.
Every time i go i am treated nicely. The staff i have come across are nice and attentive. My steaks are cooked perfectly and meals are always tasty. Only thing i hated was that they discontinued the Melbourne steak. But have no fear because they have brought the Melbourne State back and it is as good as ever. You are going to love every juicy bite just as I have. Love the atmosphere all around.. will post some pick later.. i highly recommend eating here..
The food was absolutely horrible. Steak was almost all fat and grizzle, my husband couldn't even eat his steak. The shrimp and lobster pasta was ok buy don't pay that price for 4 shrimp and a teaspoon full of lobster thrown on some pasta. We won't be back.
one of the best restaurants ive been to!! got the chicken wings and chicken sandwich which were INCREDIBLE! i had Sam and she is the sweetest! so so nice and fast! definitely recommend!
