Fantastic experience every time we stop by Castle Rock's Outback!!! The bartenders, Stayica and Beth, are more fun! They know all of the things we like, and make the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Always friendly... fantastic service! Even on busy days.. they have everything covered and they seem to do it with ease. The steaks are just like I like them and are consistently excellent. And they have THE best broccoli!! Just a shout out to the group! We always enjoy our evenings at Outback!! See you soon!
Great food with very friendly bartender. Decided to grab a drink while waiting for our to go order and she was amazing. As was the to go waitress who brought our order when it was ready right to us. Steak, mashed potatoes, shrimp and ribs were all perfect. Will be back for sure.
It has been a while since I been to Outback. The restaurant was nice and staff was friendly. Check both of those boxes. However, the quantity of food for the price wasn't there. A 5 oz steak isn't much bigger than 1 1/2 deck of cards. It looked sad on my plate. For the price, I would have been better off cooking steaks at home.
My steak came out so over done it was like a rock. The staff kept telling me that is a normal well steak (obviouslyit was not) . I proceeded to send it back. It took forever, by the time I got a new steak everyone else was done eating. They made me check this steak out and it was way way too rare, I proceeded to tell them again this is not a well done steak. In the end I decided to just take it with me and cooked it at home. Your staff should know how to cook steaks at all the different proper temperatures. It really was ridiculous. I do not recommend. Way to expensive for the experience.
We ordered 3 meals, 2 of which came out wrong.We said to the food server they were wrong and he said ok hold on for 2 min. So we sat there and after about 5-8 min no one had come to the table. So we started to eat what we had so it didn’t just sit and get cold and we were on a little bit of a time frame. Finally a female manager came over and said she heard 2 of the orders were wrong, we said yes. Then she said what can I do to make them right. New steaks? Sides?. We didn’t want to wait any longer for new steaks to be made so we asked for a discount and some horseradish since our waitress hadn’t been by to check on us. She came back with the horseradish and then she asked if there was anything else, and we did ask for another drink as I stated the waitress hadn’t been by. When the manager brought back the drink, she said that one is on me. Anyhow we go to pay our bill, and wow, we had a WHOLE $3.00 taken off. UNBELIEVABLE. So you could have discounted the 2 steaks and “made it right” which is what we discussed but yet you didn’t. Had we known this, we would have had them make the new steaks-correctly and enjoyed what we actually ate. Even though it would have taken another 20 min or so which we really didn’t have. This manager needs to be let go. She did nothing really to make the $125.00 dinner right.
We had a group of eleven but still got seated in under 15 minutes at 7pm. Service was fast, friendly, and accurate. Kids menu is reasonably priced at 5-7 dollars.
I’ve been to outback’s before, but this one is AWESOME. The staff is so welcoming and the food just seems better prepared. It’s hard to explain, but felt I had to write a review. The owner stopped by to say hi and check in with us. Pretty cool.
Met a friend for his birthday dinner, it was great. They were training a new watress and she was very enthusiastic and attentive to our needs. The foid was very good, as usual.
