I am absolutely obsessed with this place! The famous onion is so good with their sauce and let me tell you about their LOBSTER TAIL! Delicious! The staff is so kind and friendly and just an amazing place! Thank you Outback ❤️
The service was top notch. Zach was attentive and took good care of our table. Food was also very good. We both got the Sirloin and Rib combo with plenty of leftovers to take home. Those loafs of bread keep coming and they’re addictive. Our first time eating at outback so just a warning the blooming onion is very salty.
This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We went out for what was a nice dinner to remember our family friend but ended up with a horrible experience. First we get to the restaurant and are greeted by a hostess that obviously did not want to be there. Our waitress was nice but very busy. We got our drinks and bread and appetizers. The blooming onion which is supposed to be the specialty was inedible. We had put our order at 7:30 PM and had not received our food by 8:30PM we had to ask the server where our food was and we had to leave so they boxed the food for us and we finally received it by 8:50 PM. The steaks were dried out. Cold and grossly over cooked. Overall the food and service was terrible NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EAT AT OUTBACK.
Went in unexpectedly. Was seated right away. Complimentary dark Mimi loaf of bread. She ordered 6 oz steak, medium well and baked potato, I ordered blooming fried Chicken breast with loaded baked potato. We got a salad also as One of the side orders. The baked potato wasn't really hot so he took $4 off the total bill. All in all, it was a good dinner. Waiter was friendly and service was fast.
I had a small issue with my dinner and in an effort to fix it, there was a miscommunication in the kitchen. It wasn't a big deal at all, but the manager Kelly, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it right. The food was delicious and the staff were very kind. Sage was out waiter and he also went above and beyond. I will most definitely return here. They have something a lot of places don't...integrity.
sat in a booth with ripped cushions. server didn't ask us what we wanted to drink. waited an hour for food which was cold. never had this bad of an experience when dining in Tampa (Boyscout and Carrollwood restaurants)
Waited over an hour for food. Restaurant was not too busy. Food came out horrible all around (3 person). Manager just kept walking around trying to look like he was doing something, anything. He provided no support or help where needed. Was dismissive to next table who had been waiting over an hour for their to go food. Some people are just plain incompetent and he definitely qualified. We were there 8/18/23. Fresh outa high school server was great and did his best given the back houses and management issues.
Came here for dinner with my family of 4. Jayden was our server. He was very attentive, friendly and provided us with a great experience. Service was slow however, which is why only 4 stars there. We waited well beyond the 30 minutes for a table when we were told it wouldn't be longer than 30 minutes. Then waited at least another 30 minutes on top of that after ordering to receive our food. They were busy, had many people waiting and were short staffed, so all was understood, but it did take up the rest of our time for the evening. Our food was delicious, we ended up ordering far too much but all was cooked properly and was enjoyable.
