User Reviews

Our server Jazz was excellent she made sure she cater to my son. He chose Outback to celebrate his 16th birthday. Jazz made him feel very special. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making sure that we all had a great dining experience. Jazz smile is cont contagious. She went out of her way to make sure to check on us until our other guest arrived late. I wasn't feeling well. Therefore, she assisted me in choosing something lite for dinner. Jazz was also very efficient and effective in her work ethic. She made sure that the food was served hot and Noah glass sprite, and no ice stayed FULL. JAZZ went above and beyond to ensure Noah had a dessert he enjoyed. They brought him vanilla ice cream with strawberry syrup. I believe that her positive attitude and enthusiasm for her job. Jazz is a valuable worker at the Outback Steakhouse in Bossier. We will be dining here again soon. Wonder dining experience at Outback Steakhouse Bossier.

Tabitha was amazing. Friendly and accommodating. Food as always is good. Definitely recommand here and this waitress. Prime rib medium rare was excellent and the caesar salad with shrimp was awesome.

Our server was great. He mentioned he was new. But we couldn't tell. Very polite, communicated well, and helped us with whatever we requested. However the kitchen was slacking. Asked for a medium rare ribeye. And ended up with well. No pink whatsoever. Forgot our broccoli, never even got the bread for the table. Multiple times we heard employees say " I don't get paid to deal with that." They were very vocal about not wanting to be there... which made us not want to be there...

The photo is the Spicy Mango Rita, very good, and yes- spicy. For an appetizer we had the Blooming Onion, if you sign up for the Outback Emails on their website you can get this for Free. You can also earn reward points. We each ordered a steak and shrimp combo with coconut shrimp and they were excellent. House salads and baked potatoes were good size. They have an excellent Blue Cheese salad dressing if that's to you taste. Would go back anytime.

Love eating at this place. Service has been great. Had one problem a while back and the manager mailed me a gift card for the troubles. I recommend the coconut shrimp. My wife is a big fan of the cheese fries. Last time I used the curbside I pulled up to check in and before I could put the parking space in someone was at my window. Best curbside experience ever.

Rude servers that mean mugged us the entire time. Probably because we came in a hour before closing & for the color of our skin. Server stayed on her phone rather than check to see if we wanted anything. Had to go ask for the bread they normally give before ordering. She was mad once again because she had to put her phone down. Then we had to ask for saucers for the bread. Ordered a Coke Zero and needed a refill so they took it upon themselves to give me a sweet tea! Lastly they ran out of 6 OZ steaks and I didn’t have any utensils. Had to ask for that and got an attitude for it. I came to Shreveport/Bossier with my friend to play the casinos. If I ever come back to the area, I’ll certainly NEVER come back to this cluster dump

Isaiah took care of us at the Bossier City location. He stayed on top of everything and was very kind even though it was the very end of the night and everyone was ready to go home. The kitchen staff did wonderful with the food. The manager even came by personally make sure everything was good. All in all this was a great experience!!! Thank yall for make our night great!

I have been in management for over 20 years. I am currently in town for a convention. By far the standout point of this trip has been watching this manager work. In our time in your restaurant this evening, I saw this manager motivate, hold accountable, and encourage his staff with the consummate professionalism and initiative of a leader who has a personal standard driven by self and not the fear of corporate overwatch. Were I in the local market and not visiting, I would be seeking to hire him away from you instead of writing this review. I would advocate for him to receive a raise if it were not for my firm belief that he should instead be promoted to a position where he would better benefit your company and spread his solidly witnessed work ethic to other managers.......Of course that position should come with a salary increase.
