We loved our time at the Outback - Bensalem!! From the hostess to the server, the exemplary customer service was impeccable! Jackie was our attentive server, and she never stopped smiling! Tina was the very gracious Manager who stopped by our table to ensure our continued satisfaction! We had the Blooming Onion, Coconut shrimp, Prime Rib, the bone-in Ribeye, AND Dessert! Everything was awesome, and we will be returning soon!
This is the best Outback location we have ever visited! The restaurant is very clean, the ambiance is cozy and comfortable, and the service is outstanding! Tina is an exceptional manager and made our dining experience so pleasant! She even saved something we requested and we never even met her before! She is very kind and accommodating and we can’t be happier with our experience! The restaurant staff are very nice and quick to help with anything you need. We will definitely be coming back to this location in the future! Such a great dinner!
I hadn’t been to an outback steakhouse in years and my daughter had never been so we decided to see if it was still good. The blooming onion was just as good as I remembered it! We both loved our food except sadly my steak was just OK. For it being a Steakhouse it was kind of a letdown. Everything else is great… Such as the broccoli and baked potato. I definitely want to come back but I hope my sick will be less chewy next time I have a little more flavor.

Amazing night with my Husband. Great severs and awesome food! Everyone so happy and friendly. We appreciated how the mangers came by to make sure everything was good. Music good too! We give it five stars. Thanks for an awesome 👌 evening!
Blooming onion was sadly a disappointment. A section of it was shrunken and most of it was burnt so we had to return it. Everything else was amazing. We tried the new spicy mango-Rita and it was very good. The Tennessee wings were also a hit, but on the spicy side. Food came out warm, not hot but otherwise great service and good food.
Great experience here, literally the best outback steakhouse in the world!!! Customer service was phenomenal, great energy and most importantly, a team effort! Emilio was my last server he was extremely helpful and made us feel welcomed. 5Stars!!!!
The food was amazing but cleaniness could be improved. Our booth was sticky and the steak knives had food particles/spots on it from the previous use. The waiter promptly changed it but wasn't apologetic. The manager did walk around to make sure we were happy with everything. Overall, we had a good experience.
