This was a nostalgic trip back in time! The expanded menu was new and the burger & chili was comforting and familiar. Even though it took some time for the food the staff was courteous and apologetic for the wait. They were doing the best for what they had small space and a lot of orders. Still classic L. A.
Burger was cold, the cheese was not melted in. The burger was put together very sloppy. Will not be returning…
I would have given them a 5 star if our order was correct. Our order was wrong. We ordered a cheeseburger combo and only received the cheeseburger. Also ordered two breakfast burgers with the English muffin and received Breakfast Burgers with hamburger bun. This was my 1st time here. Service was good (Friendly)
This was the first time at this location. It was also the first time I ate from Tommy's in years! I used to frequent the location at the Beverly Center food court ages ago. Needless to say, the cheeseburger is still incredible and freshly made. The fries are still irresistible. Great, quality food at a great price. Most importantly, the service is always friendly whenever I've been to any Tommy's location.
The food was terrific! The lady taking our order was a little rude and spoke broken English. However the young lady at the window was very kind. Her name is Lupe & she had excellent customer service skills. She is the reason I gave you 5 stars for service.
I got to take my family here for the first time. I live in Hawaii and got to take my son and wife for the first time. They loved it. The Chillie cheese burger taste like I remember. My only complaint….. it was not as messy as I remember. Loved that you are consistent.
This is my local Tommy's. When I get that chili craving, the chili cheese burger and chili fries is so satisfying. If I can't finish the chili fries, I save it for the next day rewarm it and mix an easy over egg with it..and. Whalla. That's a 2 day satisfaction!!!! You should consider making it a breakfast item!!
