The food was interesting and made well. Sitting in a kitchen watching the staff hustle was an interesting concept. The service fell on it's face. They don't give clean utensils between courses and forgot to ask whether we wanted coffee with our desert. When the desert came, it was quickly dropped off and there was no one around to hail down! Also, the waitress forgot to tell the chef to drop an ingredient we did not want and we had to reorder.
food is excellent, absolutely delicious
