Wow! It's been a few years since we visited Olive Garden, and I must tell you, we had the best experience today! RICHARD, who was our server, was absolutely the BEST! Please understand me when I say the food was awesome, but Richard's jokes and humor totally made the meal! It was like we got to eat, and at the same time, received entertainment with our meal! Richard totally kept us laughing throughout lunch! Unfortunately, these days, we can't seem to find employees who are totally passionate and love their job. But with Richard, we were totally impressed with his wit and humor
The food was great, and the service was better. Got there as it opened and had a lovely lunch. There is plenty of seating. I really enjoyed the tour of Italy. Fried Mozzarella was tasty. Ice cold glasses for your beer are a plus. Can't wait for our next visit. The bread sticks and salad are the best, can't miss with soup and salad lunch. Sorry, no pics of food. It came out so fast. Thanks.
Our server was great and food tasted wonderful. They did need to turn on the AC but it wasn't too bad. Margaritas go down quick and easy.
I had a light lunch with the bowl of soup I was accompanied by three other people who had full meals I wasn't very hungry so I had a bowl of minestrone soup and a strawberry daiquiri drink it was really good soup hit the spot it was just what I needed. The service was good. The restaurant was clean. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed.. and that was probably mostly because we were early before it became too busy it was about 3:30 we had a late lunch we were in and out before the dinner rush started. It was a nice lunch and a good visit with family. I would give it five stars yes.
As always, very delicious recipes and dishes. Great service, as always. A manager will come by and greet you and make sure that you're satisfied with the service. Unfortunately,there was a person at the bar with a laptop having business phone calls and speaking loud. I go to OG for quality time. The person was having a phone call after another for over an hour. I left, and she was still there talking loudly. I guess it's her right as well since she pays $. The servers were beyond expectations with the recommendation and the way they explained and answered every question. 6$ togo deals are really good. I ordered 2.
Although it's situated right in a big shopping area this place is easily overlooked. Been shopping in that area for a really long time and never knew it was there. Price is around $20 per meal, but you get a lot of food. Food was delicious and great quantity. Staff is on point and worth ever star. Kaelyn was super helpful and handled a large party with a lot of rambunctious kids really well. She is one of the best staff I have met in all of my reviews of restaurants.
Experience started nice but after ordering food it went downhill quickly. Received our salad and appetizer promptly but didn't see the server until the entrees came out. We asked about the bread which usually comes with the salad and the response was rather casual. Telling us "I gotcha bro" and kept repeating similar remarks rather than acknowledging the error. His attitude was rather rude and when we spoke to the manager he was trying to listen in. The manager promptly gave us a new server but by this time the atmosphere changed and my wife, son and daughter-in-law didn't feel like eating. Took the food to go and left. My son frequents this restaurant probably every other month and has said he'll not be back. Due to our experience I have no photos to show.
Not all Olive Gardens are created equal. This one has great service. We had a great experience here and they aren't petty here. Service was fast too! The manager tonight took care of us and made sure we were satisfied and so did our server Breanne.
