We had the pleasure of dining with Bianca for my daughters birthday dinner! She was very nice, efficient and professional! The shrimp fritto misto was great! We enjoyed the unlimited soup/salad and breadsticks! I had the tour of Italy with a glass of wine! We finished with a tiramisu served with a birthday song sang by the staff! Many thanks for a memorable nigh it was fantastic! To the couple who put money towards our bill thank you so much from our hearts to yours!
jaden did a great job waiting on us, excellent waiter, good humor and timely at serving our food. way to go jaden! soup and salad is still an all time favorite lunch for my wife and I, she had the chicken genosh and i had the fagioli. the meat balls were also great as an appetizer. the restaurant was clean and smelt fresh, staff were all very polite and welcoming. The Olive Garden hit it out of the park on this lunch and jaden was the batter up that won the game for the team. great job!
I truly enjoyed this experience. Unfortunately I did not get the name of our amazing waiter. We went October 18th for Dinner with my hubby, toddler and my younger siblings. We were told that it was 25 minute wait and I took my son to the restroom and when we came back our table was ready. I thought that was amazing because we didn't mind the wait but amazing we could start ordering since we were starving. We order the shrimp calamari for appetizer and we were not impressed. You could taste more flour and uneven portions that were balls of flour with shrimp. We ordered out entrees and breadsticks and salad. Portions were big and enough to share with someone else.
The food and service were good, but the manager, I think here name was Penny or something like that, was chewing out some employees around the corner from our table. She used a lot of foul language. When she walked by I got her attention and told her I didn't think that was very professional, and she just laughed and walked away. Probably won't go back if that's how they treat staff and guest complaints.
We had dined in and my son had bit into a rock. He had a kids pizza with fries. Our utensils were still dirty. Looked like they were never washed. After the kitchen manager came to speak to us. He told us he would speak to the team and check back with us. He never followed up. We then asked to speak to a manager and no one ever came out.
After we gave her a phone number (20 min. wait), she seemingly allowed at least two parties ahead of us. We didn't get called (never left) or seated until we spoke with the host, Angel, who seated us right away. Thanks Jessie for your great service. You soothed my mother's temper.
Service and everything was great until they tried to over charge us. I’ve been to many OG never have I been charged twice for the unlimited soup and salad when only a singular thing of salad was brought out and one thing of bread. If it were two separate orders then we would’ve gotten two bowls of salad two things of bread sticks. People split entrees now suddenly we can’t split the soup and salad??? Check yourselves.
my husband and I had a great experience here. there was a minor wait when we arrived but we were greeted by the bar staff and taken care of very well by our waiter at our table. plenty of trips back to the table to make sure we had what we needed and the food quality was fantastic.
