Pretty good food. Really nice staff. A lot of menu selections, just not organized to simplify ordering. I prefer table side ordering, but counter order placement here works, it's a smaller restaurant. Will be back again. Plan to try dessert next time.

We were looking for a neighborhood diner and this place delivered! The service was great, atmosphere feels like eating at grandma's and the food was delicious!

5 minute walk from the hospital. Great place to grab a bit when you don't want to drive somewhere or if you don't hospital cafeteria food. Both times I ordered the food came out perfect, as ordered. The salmon is amazing. Old diner feel. When driving by you'll miss it if you're not looking at the buildings (passed by it once myself looking for it!).

I had a great experience at Old Neighborhood Grill. The staff was really friendly, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. The menu had a lot to choose from, but I went with the chicken fried steak and catfish. Both dishes were delicious, and the green beans on the side were a nice, fresh addition.

We tried this place out because it isn't too far from Cook Children's where our 4 year old spends a good amount of time. The food is good and the portions are extremely generous. What really makes this place stand out is the kindness off the staff. While waiting my husband mentioned some of our sons story and they actually found his Facebook page and send a gift from his Amazon wishlist with a sweet note. I highly recommend this place if you're in need of some comfort food.

We were at the Baylor Scott White Surgical Hospital across the street for a very early appointment so we walked here for breakfast. It was a bit after the normal meal time, so it was not very busy. We were seated immediately and orders taken. Food was delivery very quickly. All was great. I had a generous potion of French toast, bacon, and 2 eggs. The coffee was fresh, hot, and just the way I like it. When back in the area at meal time we will visit again.

Great Neighborhood Grill First time visit this morning. I went in hoping for a nice place to sit down and have breakfast. I ended up finding a cozy, pleasant and delicious diner. With cute, unique, local fifty’s decor. Our server and cooks were friendly and welcoming. The food was just as great. Awesome flapjacks. They have breakfast in the morning. Than lunch and dinner. They have all the comfort foods. And a liquor license to boot. My first visit. But more visits to come.

Excellent home style foods. Many choices. If you can't find something to eat here, you are NOT hungry! Would come back again! Recommended!!
