User Reviews

My honest review of this place is that it's amazing!!! Great staff and amazing food!!! There were sooo many choices that I had a hard time trying to decide what to eat.

This is the BEST food hands down. I never been here before and came from Sioux Falls to see what this place was all about. I highly recommend the Calzone and the thick crust pizza. Also, are server Ron is the BEST, he was so attentive and super nice so thank you Ron for a great experience!

What happened to the menu? I use to order Mac and cheese my way...now it's just chicken and bacon in a cheese sauce plus you do not get a slice of garlic bread...however I believe they either"forgot" to add the chicken or the chicken looks like the bacon? Very disappointed....

We enjoyed our visit this evening. The wait staff was great. The food was good.

The pizza was okay. My wife loved the pizza but I didn't care for it. It reminded me of freezer pizza. I got wings that were okay and the pizza roll up appetizer which was the best thing at the table. Our server was very slow to respond to anything and didn't come around much. If you can keep our drinks full and not have us waiting around for you to get and pay the bill, you are golden. She was too busy to pay attention to the basics. Overall the atmosphere was cool and the restaurant was fairly clean.

Live music! I’ve only eaten at an Old Chicago a few times and it’s been several years. We ordered a Tuscan spinach deep dish. This place is pretty full for a Thursday night. Friendly staff and pretty quick service. The pizza tasted GREAT. It’s been years since I’ve been at an Old Chicago, I can’t believe what I’ve missed out on. Today I’m having lunch here, I ate dinner here a few days ago, that’s how good it is here! I haven’t eaten at an Old Chicago in years and now twice in a week! Winner, winner a craft beer burger for lunch. I know it doesn’t rhyme. Here for dinner after an day of furniture shopping.

Adriana was our waitress and she was great. Didn’t even know it was her first day serving and she was very kind and professional. Thank you Adriana for the perfect service you gave our table.

After spending 9 hours in my car in a road trip, salad and pepperoni rolls seemed like the perfect choice. Upon returning to the hotel we realized the salads were not dressed nor was there dressing provided. I drove back to the restaurant to pick them up, came back to my hotel to eat only to discover no dipping sauce for the rolls. I did not realize it was my job to check each order to make sure they were complete after being checked from the kitchen and then front desk staff. How many people does it take to fully discover an incomplete order?
