Waited an hour for food.. Was not busy... Bill was expensive and people who were Sat after us received food before us. When asked the waitress what was taking so long she said the kitchen was just over whelmed.... Not sure what was going on but an hour wait for 4 people was ridiculous... Good was good. Waitress was friendly.. Not very attentive until it came tw to pay.

This location is FANTASTIC for LATE NIGHT. After 10 pm they have great prices for late night food. $2 for a pub pizza and drinks are cheaper as well. They have $2 onion rings. Everything is priced fairly and tastes great. Make sure to be patient because it usually takes a while for the food to come out / waiter

Excellent food, good service. Sat at the bar. Didn't catch the bartender's name, though he was really nice. Food was hot and fresh, seems like they dropped fries shortly before I got there and ordered, so they were done when the burger was done. Fries were awesome. Had the craft burger, was also amazing. Drink selection is good for those who drink; plenty on tap and plenty in bottle and can. I would take a picture of my food but I inhaled it before I realized I should have taken a picture, it was so good. Thursday night at about 7:30 and the restaurant is about half-full, and service is quick. Definitely worth a visit if you are near the area.

I'm done here. Just tired of being disappointed. They've pooched my last two carry out orders. Historically, OCs has been a treat for us on pizza night. More expensive, but worth it... but I won't take another risk with my money at this location. The first time they messed up my order, we were so disappointed that I called to speak to the manager (which I never do). The manager was unavailable, so they offered to have them call me back... never did. Not a sign of a restaurant that's interested in maintaining positive relationships with their customers.

I think this recent visit will probably be the last at this location. Generally I enjoy Old Chicago - the food is decent, service is great, and the facility is clean. But this location is a joke and I feel bad saying that because everyone has off days, but this is just poor management and goes beyond just an off day. We arrived around 1p on a Sunday and were told there would be a 25-30 min wait (ended up being an hour). It was odd because there were many tables open, but none of them had been cleared. I assumed they may have been short staffed and didn't have enough servers to cover the entire dining room - which I get, people call in, it happens. But those tables sat uncleared from 1pm when we got there until when we left a little bit after 3pm. Had a hard time finding the hostess, didn't appear to be any management around, service was painfully slow, no one seemed happy, and much of the facility was just dirty. The food was surprisingly hot and pretty good though! Normally I'd give them a second chance - we all have bad days, but this is not the first time all of this has happened. I will continue to go to Old Chicago, but not this location.

I've had great service here before and the food is normally great. That being said, I visited this establishment on Veteran's Day for my complimentary personal pizza and waited an hour for my pizza. I finally asked for a status update and the waitress said, "I already told you that it would be a minute." I then received my order promptly and it was ice cold. I'm assuming it was done on time just not brought to my table. My friend with me ordered boneless wings as an appetizer also and never got them. When he got his check he was charged for them. He said that he never got them and the waitress said that she would put some in a box for him. Needless to say, he received bone-in. The cherry on top of a terrible experience. We won't be back.

I never really go to Old Chicago, and it wasn't a great experience. We got there when it was slow, before the dinner rush. We kept reminding the waiter to bring us things we ordered. They would go check on a few other tables then disappear into the kitchen for 15 minutes before coming back to the table. However, the food was great and was very quickly out to the table.

This is the most incompetently run restaurant I've ever had the displeasure of patronizing. The servers took forever to seat us. Once we sat down it took over 20 minutes to get our drinks ordered and when they arrived they were wrong. The server had no idea what was on the menu. When we asked questions about dishes she could not answer them. The appetizer we ordered not only arrived after the pizza but it was made incorrectly and undercooked. The manager that night was a man named Karim. When he stopped by our table we voiced our displeasure with our experience. He was annoyed with us and didn't seem to care at all if we came back. Clearly this restaurant suffers from uncaring, and incompetent management. Not only will I not be coming back here, but I will be sure to spread the word to all of my friends, and family to avoid this place.
