From first impressions the outside looks nice and modern, but when you walk inside its drab and dim. The crowd seems to be families and older men with drinking problems. Lots of empty tables and slower service. I was informed that they didn't have the crust I wanted so I had to choose another. All the food that we ordered was not hot when it was brought out to us. My girlfriend ordered the bbq bacon cheeseburger well done and it was still pink in the middle and the bacon was burnt and old. Kids meal mac and cheese had no flavor with rubbery noodles topped with a pinch of shredded cheese. We will not be back. We heard good things but our experience was not worth what we paid.

I'm Christian so I don't approve of alcohol but that's not why I gave only three stars. The water tasted wacky, and my broskis chicken was undercooked. The flavors were amazing and the food was fantastic, I liked the variety, The pizza looked tempting.

Service is great and food is good. You will spend time here though, so don’t go if you’re in a bit of a rush. Food takes time and to close out the check always seem to take awhile. I have been here at least a dozen times for drinks with friends and we always enjoy ourselves.

Well we ordered the half Thai pie and half meat me. It's amazing way better then I thought and the service was great as well thee server was awesome she was on point with everything we needed

$3 personal 1 topping (I got 2) pizza. Tasty. Waitress was cool. I was in the bar section, and sports were on everywhere, even in the restaurant section. I counted over 35 taps of beer.

We go here often and its usually good this time service was slow, staff was short, wings taste like mustard and not the smoky bacon we ordered burger wad pink even when i asked for well done and the other burger was covered in bleu cheese when we asked for none. It was awful the only good thing was how polite the manager was the accommodate us unfortunately it didnt stop us from leaving hungry..very disappointing!

We always enjoy the food but food servers are more often not all that good. We ordered a simple appetizer to share. After about 25 minutes, we asked how much longer it would be. We were told, with attitude, "I put your order in. I don't know." The rest of our time there, the server never said a word to us and seemed to give us the cold shoulder.

I love this place! I’m Gluten free and this place Has amazing gluten-free pizzas. Most of the pizzas on the menu are included in the gluten-free option and the waiters and waitresses make sure that the chefs know that you’re ordering a gluten-free pizza which is awesome so I don’t have to feel worried at all. We have had awesome service every time we have went to Old Chicago. The only thing That is less than pleasant is the main waiting area when you first walk in. It’s usually super crowded and there’s are no places to sit. Other than that, awesome food and great service, I would recommend!
