Clean, knowledgeable, and well priced - they offer a military discount also, which is just the icing on the cake to support a local business. It's been a long time since I've had a good shop to go to, and it just feels even better to know I'm spending money in my hometown AND getting great product and service. They carry contemporary supplements that you should be looking out for if you're taking your lifting/fitness seriously - I just got some Redcon MRE protein and some Axe and Sledge pre-workout at a very good price. The owner was there, and made sure to say hello and check on me even though he was pretty busy. Again, it just feels better than buying on Amazon for a (now permanent!) change.

Francis is very knowledgeable about each individual product he has. He can easily compare and tell you the differences between each supplement in stock. Cant beat the variety and knowledge behind this shop!
