Has authentic Russian food cooked to perfection. They have other food on the menu as well. I've tried just about everything and I can't complain about 1 thing. I come in late night and food is served up until midnight, which is amazing. You will not find anywhere else that does cook after 10pm. The cafe/bar itself is older and a bit out dated, but there is still a nice modest ambiance about this place. Plus there is 2 for 1 drinks all day everyday.
We have dinner at Nina's Grill at least three times a month. Why? The food is consistently delicious, the service is friendly and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is relaxed and there's ample parking. Make sure to try the Russian options from their menu which are outstanding. We especially love the borscht, Russian-style pelmeni, and Chicken or Kings Medallion. We're happy to have found a place we can count on for great drinks and excellent food.
Nina's is a happy place because Nina is friendly and welcoming. George is a good cook and they have a remarkably extensive menu for a restaurant/bar of this size. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. I eat there dozens of times per year and haven't been disappointed yet. Mary
We come here from time to time. While we have had the drinks what stands out for us is the food and the atmosphere. Very relaxed and the food is just like grandma used to make. If my grandmother were Russian. Nina is phenom and the staff are the best. You want to relax and have good food or have fun this where you want to be.
Not a bad little place, just wasn't what I expected. I got a burger and it wasn't much to write home about. Little pricey for what it was. Drinks were affordable and had pool tables. This is more of a place to grab a few drinks and play some pool and not so much of a place to get a meal. They had some Russian dishes on the menu that I didn't expect. Maybe those are more of their speciality?
My Fiance and I love the King/Chicken Medalian. Their homemade Borscht is amazing and you can never go wrong with their all day 2-4-1 specials. We have been going there for the past few years and don't intend to stop anytime soon. Best Hospitality as well :)
Nina is great! We always have a great time chatting with her and her husband's cooking is always fantastic. Perfect for comfort food and excellent prices. This place is a gem.
