Please support the location by donating to the sewer project. Is there a sewer project? Did Al Capone frequent the corner booth? Is the place Haunted? How about yes to a couple of those questions! Bar is closed as of today. When it’s open you can’t go upstairs, not yet!

Great local spot with a rich legacy in West Michigan. Low key has a great open mic night that any musician or music fan in the area should check out!

Super friendly staff. Wings are GREAT! Good cool vibe and a historic location. Highly recommend.

I think this is the coolest place in town. Angie and Brittney are great bartenders and work hard to take care of large crowds. They hustle all the time. The food is really good and I have enjoyed the music aspect recently added. Lots of locals that make for the experience to be great. Even when I have not been in for awhile, they remember my name.

The food here was amazing to say the least! We had a couple ciders, pizza, burger and the beer cheese for an appetizer - holy bananas, that was the best beer cheese I've ever eaten! I would have given 5 stars but the waitress was distant - we had to ask the bar to refill our waters and had to get up and ask the bar for our tabs as well. A visit at the end from who we believe to be the owner (she didn't introduce herself, just came over and asked how the food was) was a nice wrap up to our visit. We will return, in hopes we have a better experience :)

Tonight's visit took about an hour to get 3 beers, a burger and a burrito. Not acceptable for a Friday night. One poor guy in the kitchen and the burger was ok and the burrito was pretty good - both served hot. We have been here many times before and will be back hoping for better service next time.

I wanted to like this pub...I really did, but I cannot lie. This place sucks. I'm a local resident, but I'd rather drive 15 min to downtown Grand Rapids than eat or drink here again. The drinks were watered down and the food was no better than a truck stop burger. The olive burger literally had 4 olives on it. The whiskey sour was basically lemonade. The waiter was nice, but he was also the bar tender...so, he was responsible for the poor drinks. Bottom line...if you want a dive bar to have watered down drinks and loud music, then look no further. However, if you want a pub with decent food and good drinks in the Comstock Park area, then look elsewhere.

The Grand Daddy of them all. Oldest bar in Grand Rapids established in 1888! A must see if touring G.R.
