I been coming here for years. I had the beef hotdogs, fries and their creamy chicken and rice soup 😋. Best place to eat in the hood.
Fast satisfying lunch. Picked up two dogs & potato salad. The dogs were cooked with a nice color on them. Meat sauce wasn’t anything I’d want to buy a quart of to bring home. Potato salad however, seasoned quite well. Fresh. Worth stopping in…
What can you say about a place that so many know and love. It's better than most diners. The food is awesome. It's small inside so don't be surprised if you can't get a seat some days at certain times, and why? Because it's just that good. And the prices, well worth what you get. I will keep coming back. It's just that good.
We discovered this place while searching for a somewhere to eat close to my hubby's eye doctor. He was having several surgeries and had to have multiple quick checkups after each procedure. So...I googled and found Newest which was just up the hill from the medical office so we decided to give it a try. We've been there three times now, and I'm looking forward to the next meal, er, eye checkup! OMG this place is GREAT! Fast, friendly service and food made from scratch served fresh and HOT. You really can't ask for more than that. The atmosphere is great and there's always free street parking right out front. I'm hoping for a cold, rainy day next time so I can try the soup. It's just too hot try it now, although the gyros and souvlaki were just fine in 90+ degree heat! The hardest decision here is whether to order the onion rings or the mozz sticks - they are both awesome and with the portion size there's no way I can eat both!
I've been coming to Newest with my family for over 20 years. This is my ultimate comfort food place. The dogs, burgers, and meat sauce are so, so good. The pasta salad and fries are also very good. I've never had anything here I don't like. Looking at it from the outside you'd never know you're about to hit the jackpot. The seating area is on the small side but the service has always been great.

A wonderful diner with historical likeness to it..they have pictures of all types of guest that has came thru those doors over the decades from what I can tell from all the pictures on the wall..pretty good food too..and wonderful service!!
